With the development of the times and the advancement of science and technology,fluorescent probes have been widely used in biosensing,labeling of protein and nucleic acid,molecular imprinting,localization of organelles,medical treatment,prodrugs,environmental monitoring.In order to better monitor toxic substances in the environment,we designed and synthesized three new fluorescent probes to monitor toxic substances such as hydrazine hydrate,sulfite and thiophenol in the environment.This article is divided into five chapters:The first chapter mainly describes the basic characteristics of fluorescent probes,and research progress of sulfur dioxide derivatives,hydrazine,thiophenols fluorescent probes.The second chapter we reported a smart fluorescent probe for discriminative detection of hydrazine and bisulfite.The single fluorescent probe can respond to hydrazine and bisulfite with two different sets of colorimetric and ratiometric fluorescence signals together with high selectivity,fast response and low detection limit.The probe has been successfully used to discriminatively determine hydrazine and bisulfite in industrial wastewater with good recoveries.Furthermore,the probe was employed to visualize hydrazine and bisulfite in live cells from different fluorescence channels with good performance.The third chapter we developed a novel fluorescent probe to monitor thiophenols based on rhodamine derivatives,which exhibited a colorimetric and fluorescence turn-on dual response towards thiophenols with good selectivity and fast response.The probe exhibited good recovery and low limit of detection for thiophenols in industrial wastewater.Moreover,the probe has been successfully employed to visualize thiophenol in living cellsThe fourth chapter we prepared a near-infrared fluorescent probe to detect thiophenol.The probe showed significant color and near-infrared fluorescence on-response to thiophenol.The probe can be quickly and intuitively determination of thiophenol in several industrial wastewaters with good recovery.The probe has good biocompatibility and is successfully used for the monitoring of thiophenol in cells.The fifth chapter summarizes the research content and experimental results.
