Because of its excellent material and special performance,aluminum is used in many aspects related to daily life in manufacturing,metallurgy,building materials and chemical industry.While providing convenience for the people,dust generation accompanies the whole process of industrial activities,including production,transportation,storage,processing and use.At present,the research on dust explosion by domestic and foreign scholars mainly focus on the impact factors of dust explosion intensity and sensitivity,and the importance of each factor in the process of explosion is less studied.Clarify the impact of various factors on the degree of dust explosion,and it is essential to develop targeted protective measures to prevent explosion accidents.In this paper,the 20 L spherical explosion test device is used to study the key factor in the process of dust explosion and its influence on the explosiveness.Firstly,through the design of orthogonal experimental schemes,the influencing factors such as dust concentration,ignition delay time,inert matter content and ignition energy are studied to find out the key factors affecting the dust explosion severity in four factors.Then,through the single factor experiment method,analyze the factors of each factor on the severity of dust explosion.Among them,for the study of inert substances,two inert substances are used in the paper,and the explosive suppression ability of the two substances is compared.The experimental results show that among the four influencing factors studied in this paper,the dust concentration is the key factor affecting the maximum explosion pressure of dust;the ignition energy is the key factor affecting the rate of increase of the maximum explosion pressure of dust,and dust concentration is a secondary factor affecting the rate of increase of maximum explosion pressure of dust.Therefore,controlling dust concentration plays an extremely important role in preventing dust explosion.In the experiment,the maximum explosion pressure and the maximum explosion pressure rise rate first increase and then decrease with the dust concentration and ignition delay time.When the maximum explosion pressure and the maximum explosion pressure increase rate reach the maximum value at the same time,the corresponding dust concentration and ignition delay time are the optimal reaction concentration and the optimal ignition delay time.The maximum explosion pressure rise rate is linearly related to the ignition energy,and its value increases with the increase of the ignition energy;the maximum explosion pressure remains basically unchanged with the increase of the ignition energy without considering the booster's own boost.The maximum explosion pressure and the maximum explosion pressure increase rate decrease with the increase of the inert matter content,wherein the maximum explosion pressure is linearly related to the calcium carbonate content.In terms of the anti-explosion effect of inert substances,Ammonium dihydrogen phosphate is stronger than calcium carbonate.
