The development of social economy is inseparable from a large number of infrastructure construction,and the building materials industry closely related to infrastructure construction has ushered in tremendous development,especially brick and tile production enterprises.Under the rapid development of automated production technology,brick and tile production enterprises are undergoing a transformation process,and production activities are transformed from traditional manual and semi-mechanized to automated production.The addition of automation technology has increased the automation of part of the production line of brick and tile products,but due to the large difference in layout of production lines between enterprises,it is difficult to realize the standard transshipment process and the lack of research on the dispatching problem of the shuttle bus,which leads to the low degree of automation of the transshipment control system of brick and tile products enterprises.Therefore,this paper researches on the background of a brick and tile products enterprise,and studies the scheduling problem of the shuttle bus and the optimization of the transfer process of the kiln car,and designs the automatic transfer control system of the production line.Firstly,this paper analyzes the production process of brick and tile products,combines the characteristics of production equipment,determines the workflow of the whole brick and tile product transfer control system,and considers the position control,precise positioning of the shuttle bus and the operation of the double shuttle bus on the same track.The collision problem raised the overall control scheme of the automatic transfer system.Secondly,in the case of two shuttle buses on the same track,unreasonable task assignments when multitasking occurs can cause problems such as low production efficiency and collision of the shuttle bus.Therefore,based on the research of multi-machine scheduling problem,the double-spreading vehicle scheduling model is established,and the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and the ideal scheduling scheme is obtained.Then,according to the optimization problem of the kiln cargo transfer process,through the analysis of the current production line lane layout and the technical parameters of the brick and tile products,the transshipment process of the kiln car of the production line is designed,and the solution method of the mixed flow shop scheduling problem is used to produce a certain quantity.The kiln brick time is solved to verify the rationality of the transshipment process.Finally,on the basis of solving the dispatching problem of the shuttle bus and optimizing the design of the kiln cargo transfer process,combined with the process flow and function of the transfer control system,the design of the transportation control system for the brick and tile products was completed,thus realizing Efficient and stable operation of the transfer control system.
