The scheduling of coal mine enterprises plays the role of unified command and organization,which organize and coordinate all production processes to achieve smoothly production,aiming at improving the overall operation capacity.For the complex production system of coal mine,it is of great significance to establish a scientific scheduling method and corresponding solution method.This paper focuses on the primary production process of underground mining.In the beginning,based on the research and application of scheduling theory,this paper analyzes the differences and connections of scheduling problems of production systems in coal mine and other industries.And put forward the problem that the coal mine faces due to the incoordination between production units.Then the scheduling strategy is proposed,including the modeling strategy of the primary production system and the scheduling model computing method.By analyzing the physical process of each unit in the coal mine primary production system,the scheduling model of the primary production system of coal mine is established,and the label,variable,objective function and constraints of each unit are set up.In the aspect of computing method,the chromosome coding structure and decoding method are designed according to its production characteristics.For the multi-objective optimization problem,this paper adopt the method of optimization before decision,and solve by NSGA-?algorithm.In order to ensure the timeliness and effectiveness of scheduling solution,the neighborhood variable domain search algorithm is combined,and improve the initial population generation method,and add external memory bank,so as to improve the solving speed and accuracy.Finally,taking X coal mine as an example,the effectiveness of the proposed method and the efficiency of the algorithm are verified.In view of the frequent disturbance factors in the actual production,the rescheduling strategy of the coal mine primary production system is proposed on the basis of the initial scheduling.First,the actual production data of coal enterprises are analyzed to find out the dominant disturbance factors.Secondly,the rescheduling process is designed according to the characteristics of dynamic scheduling.Thirdly,a rolling window technology and a hybrid rescheduling trigger mechanism based on the characteristics of coal production system are proposed.An algorithm of rescheduling model is improved to ensure the optimal state of the scheduling scheme and the stable operation of the production system.Finally,the effectiveness of the rescheduling model and the algorithm are verified by example and simulation.
