In the process of human development,energy,as the foundation of all human activities,plays an important role in the development of the national economy.It can be said that the development of any industry is inseparable from energy.With the increase of population and the intensive human activities,the environmental impact caused by the dramatic increase in the consumption of resources and energy has become more and more serious.This has become a topic of common concern to people all over the world,and is also one of the important issues facing the development of the country and society.As a large industrial country,China has always attached great importance to resource conservation and ecological environmental protection in the process of industrialization,and adhered to the basic national policy of resource conservation and environmental protection.Made-in-China 2025 and the 13 th Five-Year Plan outline clearly put forward "implementing green manufacturing engineering,promoting green management of product life cycle,and building green manufacturing system".Machine tools are the basic equipment of modern manufacturing.They are in great demand and possession.They consume a lot of resources and energy in every stage of the life cycle of manufacturing,transportation,use and recycling,and cause a huge load on the environment.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out green innovative design of machine tools and improve their resource consumption and environmental pollution.Under the support of the national green manufacturing system integration project,"the construction and integration demonstration of the green design platform for metal cutting machine tools"(201656261-1),the research about the life cycle assessment and green innovation optimization design of the machine tools is implement.The main work and core content of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the life cycle assessment method,innovative design and green design method,introduces the QFD quality function deployment theory and its related calculation methods,as well as the conflict matrix and the principle of invention and solution related to TRIZ tools,and constructs the optimization model of machine tool green innovative design based on QFD and TRIZ;(2)Based on the green innovative design optimization model,the resource and environment requirements of machine tool design are studied,the elements of energy and environment needs to be improved are determined,and the engineering characteristics are further analyzed,and the machine tool quality house is constructed.In view of the contradictions in engineering characteristics,the conflict analysis is carried out by TRIZ tools,and the corresponding green optimization scheme of machine tools is put forward;(3)Aiming at the whole life cycle of high-speed dry-cutting hobbing machine tool,the comparative analysis before and after machine tool optimization design was carried out by using LCA analysis software Gabi,and the corresponding results of resource consumption and environmental impact were obtained to verify the validity of machine tool green innovation design optimization model.
