Vacuum furnace heat Treatment equipment has the advantage of no pollution to the environment,that is,without the treatment of three wastes,with the vacuum furnace heat treatment technology is increasingly progressing,people in the social production of vacuum furnace applications are more and more extensive.The heating furnace in vacuum heat treatment system is its core component,which is very important for its temperature monitoring and control.It can accurately measure and display the temperature in the vacuum furnace in real time,and can control the temperature of the vacuum furnace body quickly,which plays a very important role in the thermal reaction of vacuum heat treatment materials and the improvement of processing technology.This theies is designed to achieve the goal of real-time and accurate display and fast temperature control of the temperature of multi-stage continuous electromagnetic heating vacuum furnace.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of contact and contactless temperature measurement,this paper selects the non-contact infrared temperature measurement method,and realizes its ability to temperature the vacuum furnace continuously for a long time by adding the trachea in the Vacuum furnace observation window.The use of non-contact infrared temperature measurement method is affected by the emission rate of temperature measurement is worth the drawbacks,The emissivity of the target is not unique,but also changes with the change of temperature,by using the double-wave ratio to fit the error caused by the emissivity,which greatly improves the accuracy of the measurement of the thermometer,The temperature field of electromagnetic heating furnace in vacuum furnace is preliminarily explored by using the finite element idea of ANSYS software.After determining the measurement mode of vacuum furnace temperature,this paper designs the scheme of each part of the hardware of the thermometer,which includes the light path,power supply and data transmission.The power supply is charged in such a way that the current advanced wireless charging method is used.The data is sent and received from the previous wired to the wireless way.The traditional dual-optical path part is improved,and then the method of single light path measurement is used,and the change of optical path structure reduces the error of the process of measuring temperature and environmental disturbance.In this theies,the Fuzzy Adaptive PID Control strategy is selected by analyzing the intelligent control strategy for temperature control of vacuum furnace,and the simulation and analysis of Fuzzy adaptive PID control are carried out after the design of temperature-controlled hardware scheme.Finally,by building the experimental platform and setting the target temperature value through the upper computer,the controller uses the intelligent control strategy through the numerical value sent by the thermometer to control the IGBT to change the current frequency,so as to realize the fast control of the vacuum furnace temperature.After field test of multi-stage continuous electromagnetic heating vacuum furnace,the accuracy of thermometer measurement is less than 0.3%,and the temperature control can be realized quickly.
