The speed of urban renewal has been greatly promoted by rapid economic development and urbanization.At the same time,urban renewal activities have also brought about a large amount of construction demolition waste.If the construction waste generated cannot be disposed of in a timely and effective manner,it will have a great impact on the environment and cause waste of resources.Existing research has explored the environmental impact of different disposal methods for construction waste.However,there is a lack of comparison and analysis of the environmental impacts of fixed and mobile construction waste recycling,and few studies have evaluated and predicted the environmental impact of large-scale construction demolition waste from a city scale.Therefore,this paper compares and analyzes the life cycle environmental impact of disposal unit construction waste in different ways,and predicts the environmental impact brought by the construction waste recycling in the context of urban renewal from the urban scale,and optimizes the site selection from the perspective of environmental benefit.First of all,through the research and interview methods,this paper has learned the basic data of 25 resource utilization enterprises for the construction waste disposal process,aggregate flow and energy consumption.At the same time,life cycle assessment method was used to assess the environmental impact of fixed and mobile processing unit construction waste?Secondly,in order to measure the environmental impact of the 2010-2016 unrenewed unit construction waste recycling,the GIS was used to analyze the disposal capacity of fixed and mobile construction waste,and the network analysis function of GIS was used to analyze the shortest transportation path of the urban update unit to each fixed type.On the basis of this and the quantification of the unit construction waste in various recycling ways,the environmental impacts of the unrenewed urban unit recycling disposal in 2010-2016 were predicted.Finally,from the perspective of maximizing the overall net environmental benefit,the fixed plant was further optimized and sited on the existing preliminary planning site.The results of this study show that:(1)The average negative environmental impact cost of fixed disposal 1t construction waste is 0.7514 yuan,the environmental impact avoided is 4.5486 yuan,and the average net environmental benefit is 3.8 yuan.The average negative environmental impact cost of mobile disposal 1t construction waste is 0.4178 yuan,the environmental impact avoided is 3.7663 yuan,and the average net environmental benefit is 3.3 yuan.This result indicates that both fixed and mobile disposal of construction waste is a viable option,but from the perspective of their respective net environmental benefit,the net environmental benefit of fixed disposal is greater than the net environmental benefit of mobile disposal.The use of fixed disposal construction waste will have a more positive impact on the environment.(2)If the urban renewal unit to be updated in 2010-2016 is processed according to the current fixed and mobile recycling disposal methods,the amount of fixed disposal construction waste will be 1,665.94 million tons,and the amount of mobile processing construction waste will be 1487.36 million tons.The net environmental benefit of fixed disposal construction waste will be 6614.92 million yuan.The net environmental benefit of mobile disposal construction waste will be 4932.44 million yuan.The resulting overall net environmental benefit will reach 11547.37 million yuan.(3)According to the feasible site selection optimization results,from the perspective of maximizing net environmental benefit,Xiawailing can maximize the overall net environmental benefit,so it is preferred to establish a fixed plant here,followed by Litoushan and Baihua.The analysis of the environmental impact of fixed and mobile disposal unit construction waste and the analysis of aggregate flow is helpful in screening construction waste disposal technical measures and proposing targeted environmental impact optimization measures.Predicting the environmental impact of construction waste disposal in the context of urban renewal and optimizing the location of fixed projects,from the urban scale,the environmental impact prediction method for construction waste disposal is proposed,and at the same time,it can propose a targeted improvement plan for the environmental problem of construction waste treatment in the urban transformation process.
