The main characteristics of the dyeing wastewater of clinker papermaking are the high concentration of refractory organic matter and high chroma.And most township paper industry wastewater treatment technology and equipment is not perfect,so it is urgent to seek efficient and economical advanced treatment technology of clinker paper dyeing wastewater.Taking secondary biochemical treatment effluent of paper mill as the research object,fenton oxidation intensification two-stage coagulation process was used to deeply purify the dyeing wastewater of clinker paper for a township enterprise.The experiment was divided into two parts:?1?coagulation and sedimentation pretreatment to remove some organic pollutants.?2?the coagulation precipitation was treated with fenton oxidation and enhanced coagulation treatment,which greatly reduced the concentration of organic pollutants,chroma,turbidity and other indicators,and made the effluent meet the discharge standard.Orthogonal test and single factor rotation method were used to analyze the effect of main influencing factors on removal rate of COD,chroma and turbidity,and the relationship curve between each factor and removal rate of each index was obtained,so as to determine the best operating parameters.Coagulation sedimentation treatment test using single factor rotation method considering four different dosing amount of coagulant,reaction system pH and coagulant aid additive amount of clinker made dyeing wastewater COD and chromaticity and turbidity removing effect of three indicators,the experimental results showed that:do not change the original pH conditions,types of coagulants for polyaluminium chloride?PAC?and polyacrylamide?PAM?compound with the best results.Coagulation and sedimentation pretreatment can greatly improve the indexes of wastewater.The enhanced coagulation fenton oxidation treatment experiment with coagulation precipitation water as the research object,using the orthogonal experiment method considering fenton oxidation H2O2 dosing quantity,in the process of Fe2+dosing quantity,reaction system pH value,reaction time of the four major influence factors on the clinker size made the influence of dyeing wastewater COD removal rate level,then using the single factor rotation method to investigate a single factor of removing fenton oxidation,according to the relationship of each factor and the removal rate of each index curve fenton oxidation optimum operation conditions and parameters.The results showed that COD,chroma and turbidity values decreased greatly after fenton oxidation.On the basis of the optimal operation parameters of fenton oxidation,when the pH value of the system reaches alkaline precipitation,coagulant PAM is added to strengthen coagulation,which can effectively improve the removal rate of COD and reduce the COD concentration to below 50 mg/L.After the wastewater is treated by fenton oxidation and two-stage coagulation process,the main refractory indexes can reach the level A standard of pollutant discharge standard of urban sewage treatment plant?GB18918-2002?,and can be reused for production,land use or discharged to nearby rivers.
