On earth,water is the source of life and the foundation of all human activities.China is a country with a serious shortage of water resources.Although the total amount of fresh water resources is the fourth in the world,the per capita possession is only 1/4 of the world average due to its large population.Not only that,China has a vast geographical area,water resources are unevenly distributed in time and space,and China is the country with the most water consumption in the world.In recent years,with the continuous development of industry and agriculture and the acceleration of urbanization,the demand for water resources has increased dramatically.The excessive development of groundwater and the increasing pollution of available water resources have led to the deterioration of water ecology,which not only causes the reduction of agricultural output,but also severely restricts the development of the local economy and threatens people's physical and mental health.Therefore,research and monitoring of water resources and water quality conditions It has important practical significance.In the past,water quality monitoring used conventional in-situ sampling and static analysis methods for laboratory component analysis.It only met the monitoring of small-area small waters in terms of monitoring real-time and analytical reliability,but for multi-period,large-scale water quality monitoring.It is difficult to meet the requirements.However,due to the characteristics of satellite remote sensing,it can monitor and analyze the water quality information of the lake in real time,quickly and easily grasp the water quality of the whole water body,and provide effective and reliable data information for studying the pollution degree of water body and the future development trend of pollution.Nowadays,with the continuous improvement of the accuracy of satellite sensors,the deepening of the application of remote sensing image data,the continuous improvement of the accuracy of water quality inversion models,and the continuous improvement of the establishment of bio-optical models,the generation of remote sensing image data has become the main data source for water quality analysis.It has brought great convenience to people in water environmental protection and monitoring.Donghu Lake is one of the most representative lakes in Wuhan.It is also one of the most extensive urban lakes in China.With the rapid development of social economy,the population has increased drastically.The amount of living and industrial wastewater discharged into the East Lake has increased greatly.Material pollution is increasing day by day,resulting in pollution of water bodies and deteriorating water quality.Since then,although the government's protection of Donghu Lake water resources has been increasing,coupled with the joint efforts of the urban people,the trend of increasing water pollution has eased,but Wuhan Donghu Lake still belongs to a typical severely eutrophic lake.Therefore,based on the water quality remote sensing theory,combined with IDL and GIS secondary development component ArcGIS Engine,this paper uses C# design to realize the lake eutrophication simulation and evaluation system based on 3S technology.(1)Research on the analysis and pre-processing of research water bodies and remote sensing image data.It mainly includes the acquisition of sampling data of Wuhan East Lake and the preprocessing of its image.(2)The remote sensing inversion model of lake chlorophyll was studied.The basic principle,key technology,main process and model realization of remote sensing inversion model of chlorophyll a concentration in East Lake based on regression analysis,artificial neural network and support vector machine were discussed.The inversion accuracy of the three models is analyzed by R^2,RMSE and other indicators.(3)According to the general design idea of the system,the inversion algorithm is implemented by C#,and the design and implementation of the lake eutrophication detection and evaluation system is established based on C#,IDL and ArcGIS Engine.(4)From the perspective of system feasibility and practicability,the system is applied in an example.Based on the measured data of Donghu Lake,the GIS analysis and remote sensing monitoring of Donghu Lake were carried out by operating the system,and the eutrophication status of the lake was evaluated by using chlorophyll a as a reference parameter.
