In the precision metal screen processing,the galvanometer-based laser marking equipment has a good application,which can complete micro-hole processing efficiently and accurately,but in the field of large-size metal filter laser processing,due to the processing and positioning methods limitations and deficiencies make the accuracy and efficiency low and can't meet the actual needs.In this study,the synergy mechanism of machine vision and galvanometer composite platform is introduced into the traditional laser marking equipment,and the effective positioning and processing method of laser drilling is proposed,which greatly improves the efficiency and precision of laser micro-hole processing,enables the intelligence and automation of laser drilling equipment.The main contents of the research include:(1)Research and analysis of the main laser drilling solutions based on visual positioning at home and abroad,go to its dregs and take its essence,propose a more complete system solution.According to the system scheme,select the appropriate experimental equipment and build the experimental platform,unify the coordinate system in the experimental platform,and incorporate the galvanometer,camera and platform coordinate system into a coordinate system to facilitate coordinate conversion.(2)Combined with precision mobile platform and galvanometer laser marking equipment,a laser spiral drilling method based on small-format processing area is proposed.Through the regional drilling,micro-hole processing of multiple blind holes in a small plane is completed to improve processing efficiency and ensure processing precision.(3)According to the structural characteristics and distribution characteristics of the workpiece,a dot positioning algorithm based on least squares method and neighborhood feature of blind hole is proposed.The least square is used to obtain the central coordinates of the blind hole of the local image.The neighborhood features of the blind hole are used to accurately describe the distribution characteristics of the blind hole in the edge region of the local image and the theoretical image,and the matching between the local image and the theoretical image is realized,and the positions of all blind holes in the metal mesh are obtained by local positioning.(4)Experimental results and analysis,data processing and result analysis of laser spiral machining effect,image preprocessing effect,center detection accuracy of blind holes and positioning accuracy of blind holes based on neighborhood feature method.
