With the rapid development of China's automobile industry and the increase in the popularity of family cars,more and more people begin to pay attention to the impact of the interior environment of cars on human health.As an important research field of automobile aerodynamics,the interior environment of cars is receiving more and more attention.Whether the distribution mode of airflow organization in the car is reasonable directly affects the comfort of the passengers.In addition,staying in the car with poor air quality for a long time may easily cause dizziness,chest tightness and other symptoms,which will seriously affect the health and safety of the passengers in the car.For the problems existing in the current indoor environment of cars,the numerical simulation of air distribution in the indoor air distribution of cars and the study of air quality are carried out in this paper.Based on the car indoor air conditioning environment as the research object,based on the computational fluid dynamics,by simplifying the structure of the car interior ministry characteristics,create car chamber model and human body model,determine the car interior flow field numerical simulation calculation domain,using ICEM-CFD calculation domain for hybrid grid partition,import the computational fluid mechanics solver Fluent to set boundary conditions and parameters,get the car indoor air velocity field,temperature field numerical solution,using the theory of jet flow field in the calculation method to verify the numerical results of the reliability and accuracy.Keeping other conditions unchanged,by changing the air supply parameters of the air supply outlet and the location of the air outlet,the qualitative and quantitative comparative analysis of the indoor flow field of the car was carried out,and the numerical simulation method could intuitively obtain the distribution characteristics of the velocity field and temperature field of the air distribution in the car.Analysis result shows that the supply air velocity and supply air temperature on the distribution of car indoor air distribution,the influence of different level to reveal the different air supply parameters on the influence law of car interior flow field,the arrangement of the air supply outlet and inlet of the back layout can significantly influence the distribution of the air distribution and the size of the average age of air,the vehicle occupant of the heat dissipation for car interior temperature field effects cannot be ignored.This paper summarizes the main factors affecting the indoor air quality of passenger cars,and analyzes the sources of main pollutants and the harm to the health of passengers.Finally using testing instrument for cars of indoor formaldehyde,PM10 concentration of several kinds of main pollutants such as real-time monitoring,because the car indoor air quality assessment information is not clear,so the combined with the grey theory,is proposed based on the analysis of the grey clustering method to evaluate detection car indoor air quality,analysis of in-car air quality assessment results.The results show that this method can evaluate the comfort level of passenger car indoor air quality.
