With the development of human activites, the dmand for nitrogenous fertilizers in agriculture and nitrogenous material in chemical industry is increasing. The discharge of nitrogenous wastewater is huge.Nitrogenous wastewater is a great burden to the natural environment. It endangers the self-purification ability of water and threatens human life and health. The discharge and treatment of nitrogenous wastewater has become an urgent problem in the process of harmonious coexistence between human and nature. In this study, fossils of aquatic bryophytes were used as raw materials for the immobilized carrier. After optimized modification, the selected simultaneous nitrification and denitrification bacteria were immobilized and treated with denitrifying wastewater.Firstly, three highly efficient synchronous nitrifying and denitrifying bacteria L1 L2 L6 were screened by separation using specific screening method.Accoding to the separation and identification L1,L2 and L6 was Microbacterium esteraromaticum,Acinetobacter grimontii, and Acinetobacter johnsonii strain respectively. After that, the raw materials were processed by the method of thermal compound surfactant. The optimum processing conditions were as follows: temperature of 35°C,the surfactant concentration of 200%CEC.The solid biomass of the biological carrier reached 0.084 g/g,and the mechanical strength was increased by 10%.This carrier had better biocompatibility and mechanical properties.During the denitrification treatment of simulated sanitary wastewater, the ammonia nitrogen can be completely degraded after 40 hours with the initial ammonia nitrogen concentration of 150.00 mg/L and the TN concentration of 200.00 mg/L,and the TN degradation rate was higher than 60%.After treatment, the water could reach the standard of sewage comprehensive discharge three levels.Cyclic experiment shows that immobilized bacteria can still maintain good nitrogen removal effect after 8 cycles,it has better reusability. The black smelly wastewater treatment by immobilized mixed bacteria, and the optimum treatment condition was with the pH of 7,the temperature of 35°C,the dissolved oxygen of 2.50 mg/L,dosing quantity of 10%,the ammonia nitrogen of 16.00 mg/L,the COD of 50.00 mg/L,and the T P concentration of 0.50 mg/L.The ammonia nitrogen and COD was removed entirely within the 50 h,and TP degradation rate reached 95%.By the experiment, the black smelly waste water can become second-class water in 50 h.This immobilized microorganism technology can not only shorten the process of denitrification, and can effectively improve the microbial tolerance to environmental factors which has good application prospect.
