The safety of the bathing beach is mainly based on the monitoring of lifeguards.This kind of artificial monitoring requires the lifeguard to always pay attention to the safety of the visitors.The human energy is always limited.If the lifeguard's attention is not concentrated,the abnormal situation of the beach visitors may not be discovered in time.The range of lifeguard observations is limited,and the employment of too many lifeguards adds significant labor costs.If we can use the least lifeguard,moreover the first time prompt detection drowning people,and promptly accurate carries on the localization and the rescue,will bring the enormous improvement to the beach management.In this paper,a wearable life-saving device and a smart life-saving system for baths are designed for the problem that the current personnel protection system of the bathing staff cannot accurately detect the drowning person.The main work of this paper is as follows:First of all,the problem of beach rescue was studied.After analyzing the results of many domestic and foreign researchers,a solution was proposed to give early warning of drowning situation of tourists by analyzing the heart rate characteristics and real-time location information of tourists.Then,a life-saving device that can perform heart rate detection and GPS data reception and remotely transmit data through GPRS is designed,and the selection of the hardware module of the life-saving device and the circuit design are completed.And the program is written and debugged in the IAR Embedded Workbench environment.At last,based on Baidu map API,a bath intelligent lifesaving system is designed.The system uses the PC server to receive the data of the life-saving device,and analyzes the latitude and longitude data and heart rate data in the data to determine whether the tourists are drowning and to locate and rescue.In order to solve the drift problem in the original longitude and latitude data,a kalman filtering system model is established to filter the noise in the data and suppress the interference of outliers to the location.The feasibility of the filtering model is verified by simulation with MATLAB.In order to solve the problem that the original GPS latitude and longitude coordinates deviate from the Baidu coordinate system,a database rectification algorithm is proposed.Using Microsoft SQL Server 2017 to establish a lightweight database,the GPS data can be corrected in a certain area.According to the final accurate location information,the function of marking the visitor location on the upper computer map is realized.In the paper,the design idea and design process of the PC server are given.After the functional test of the individual life-saving device through experiments,the whole system is further tested comprehensively,including GPS receiving,heart rate data detection,communication function test of GPRS module,positioning test,early warning test and working time test.
