Planning Research On The Utilization Of Livestock And Poultry Manure Resources In Tengchong City

With the development of large-scale agriculture in China,especially the development of large-scale breeding industry,the pollution caused by livestock and poultry manure is becoming more and more serious.It is extremely urgent to control the pollution of livestock and poultry manure,create a good livestock and poultry breeding ecology,and strengthen the utilization of livestock and poultry manure.In order to solve the problem of fecal pollution,the Chinese government has put forward the resource utilization mode of livestock and poultry waste at the county level on the treatment of livestock and poultry waste.Tengchong City is an important pig-raising county in Yunnan Province and one of the county-wide promotion project counties in Yunnan.Taking the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure in Tengchong City as an example,this paper investigates the situation of breeding,estimate the stock and distribution characteristics of livestock and poultry manure,Analyze the utilization status of livestock and poultry manure.The problems in the use of livestock and poultry manure in Tengchong City are as follows: First,the supporting rate of large-scale farm facilities is low;second,the separation of planting and animal husbandry,and agriculture and animal husbandry are separated;third,the management and maintenance of small and medium-scale farm facilities are serious.In view of the root cause,the planning and construction of the manure treatment facilities on the farms are unreasonable,which is the most important cause of problems in the utilization of livestock and poultry resources.According to the characteristics of livestock manure in Tengchong City and the problems in the treatment and utilization.The construction plan for the utilization of livestock and poultry manure in Tengchong City is carried out from three aspects:source reduction,process control and end utilization.The source reduction link adopts methods such as rain and sewage separation,drinking water and sewage separation,and control water consumption;The process control link adopts technicalmodes such as heap manure shed,oxidation pond,anaerobic fermentation tank,ectopic fermentation bed and centralized treatment and utilization.The end utilization link adopts the nearby utilization method and the method of producing organic fertilizer to develop the integrated crop-livestock production.The planning content includes 234 large-scale farm treatment and utilization facilities renovation and upgrading(including 10 planting and breeding demonstration sites planning and construction),Jietou Town,Wuhe Township,Zhonghe Town Waste Collection Center and Treatment Utilization Center(organic fertilizer)plant).Tengchong City's livestock and poultry manure resource utilization and county promotion project will construct a variety of modes such as the full amount of manure returning to the field,the demonstration model of Integrated crop-livestock production,the anaerobic fermentation mode,the ectopic fermenting bed mode and the centralized processing and utilization mode.The livestock and poultry manure resource utilization facilities in Tengchong City will realize the basic coverage of large-scale farms and form the utilization pattern of livestock and poultry manure resources in Tengchong City.Through the summary of the planning and related policies of the utilization of livestock and poultry manure resources in Tengchong City,this paper forms a summary of the key problems in the promotion planning of the whole county of livestock and poultry manure.Based on the planning of the whole county promotion project for the utilization of livestock and poultry manure resources in Tengchong City,this paper analyzes and arranges the key and difficult points in the promotion planning of the whole county,and analyzes and arranges the key and difficult problems.The key issues of planning will be formed by summing up the planning and relevant experience.The research on the key problems of county promotion planning is carried out from the following three aspects: one is the overall thinking of planning;the other is the realization of planning that is the governance path;the third is the technical principles of planning.
