Study On Municipal Solid Waste Treatment In Jiangsu Province From The Perspective Of Circular Economy

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China’s productivity level,the process of urbanization has been accelerated,and the amount of waste emissions has increased sharply.Urban domestic waste has become an important factor restricting economic development.The urban development of Jiangsu Province is also faced with the contradiction between economic development and ecological environment,so it is urgent to explore the Countermeasures of garbage treatment.Based on the study of the influencing factors of municipal solid waste treatment in Jiangsu Province,the comparative analysis of international waste treatment experience is very important to promote the transformation of urban domestic waste to circular economy and sustainable development.In this study,Jiangsu municipal solid waste is selected as the research object.Based on the theory of circular economy,based on the analysis of the current situation and main existing problems of domestic waste treatment in Jiangsu Province,combined with the development evaluation system of circular economy,an econometric model is established to explore the influencing factors of domestic waste treatment,and the experience of domestic waste recycling treatment in Japan,the United States and Germany is compared with Jiangsu Province The results show that:the impact of urban population index,resource utilization level,residents’ living standard and economic and social development level in Jiangsu Province is gradually decreasing.It is imperative to alleviate the contradiction between population size,economic growth,residents’ living standard and urban environmental protection.The level of resource recycling further reflects that Jiangsu Province should take full account of circular economy when formulating waste policy.Finally,based on the conclusions obtained and combined with the international domestic waste reduction and recycling management experience,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,such as relieving the pressure of population size on the garbage source output,realizing the decoupling of economic growth and garbage production,green transformation of residents’ consumption mode,and deepening the promotion of domestic waste reduction and resource utilization,so as to take effective measures to improve the whole province The ability of ecological environment governance is helpful to the sustainable development decision-making of the region.
