With the development and application of optical technology and products,metal mirrors are one of the most important optical components,and there is an increasing demand for efficient,high-precision and low-surface damage processing of metal mirrors,people are increasingly demanding processing technology.In this paper,a deep research on the processing technology of consolidated abrasives lapped metal mirrors is carried out.In this paper,the processing mechanism of consolidated abrasives lapping is analyzed.From the point of view of abrasive particles,the stress and distribution of abrasive particles are analyzed.The relative motion path between consolidated abrasives and the workpiece in uncertain eccentric plane lapping is explored.The relative motion path between consolidated abrasives and the workpiece in uncertain eccentric plane lapping is explored,and the trajectory equation and relative velocity of the point on consolidated abrasives relative to the workpiece and the pressure distribution between the consolidated abrasives and the workpiece are derived.By analyzing the uniformity of lapping track on workpiece,the influence of consolidated abrasives speed,swing and initial eccentricity on lapping track is obtained.Based on the theoretical basis of uniform wear of consolidated abrasives,Preston equation was used to analyze the influence of structural parameters of consolidated abrasives on uniform wear of consolidated abrasives,to carry out structural design of bonded consolidated abrasives,to analyze the influence of lapping parameters on uniform wear of consolidated abrasives,and to select appropriate swing and initial eccentricity is conducive to uniform wear of consolidated abrasives.The factors that influence the workpiece movement during the surface lapping of the uneccentric surface of the consolidated abrasives are analyzed experimentally.The workpiece speed is directly affected by consolidated abrasives speed,the initial eccentricity and the lapping pressure.The plane lapping experiment of consolidated abrasives was carried out with the aluminum alloy disc as the workpiece.The lapping and polishing of the aluminum alloy workpiece with the particle size of #1500 carborundum consolidated abrasives was carried out.After lapping and polishing,the aluminum alloy metal mirror with the roughness of 214.88 nm was obtained.Design and carry out glapping contrast experiment about lapping pressure and lapping speed,the experimental results show that: for aluminum alloy metal mirror,too fast lapping speed and too high lapping pressure will lead to the surface roughness of the workpiece,it is appropriate to use low speed,low pressure for precision lappding.
