This paper mainly studies the adsorption of heavy metals by Rhodosproridium toruloides and the effects of heavy metals on its growth and metabolism and the stress mechanism of antioxidant system in the body, and is committed to providing more theoretical basis for environmental pollution remediation. In this paper,we studied the growth status, glucose consumption,pH and lipid metabolism of different concentrations of heavy metals under Cd2+and Pb2+stress.The results showed that different concentrations of heavy metals Cd2+and Pb2+had different degrees of damage to the growth of Rhodosproridium toruloides; As the culture time prolongs, the glucose content gradually decreases.;the pH value in the medium increased slightly after fermentation;heavy metal Cd2+The concentration of 5?mol/L inhibited the growth of Rhodosproridium toruloides, and promoted the growth of Rhodosproridium toruloides at 84 h.This tendency to promote inhibition was positively correlated with the change of biomass. When the concentration of heavy metal Cd2+was5-200?mol/L,the growth was inhibited. At 400-1000?mol/L,the growth was obviously inhibited. When the concentration of heavy metal Cd2+was 1000?mol/L,the growth of Rhodosproridium toruloides was basically stagnant.status.The oil content reached a maximum of 62.64%when the concentration of heavy metal Cd2+was 200.0?mol/L.The growth of heavy metal Pb2+was most inhibited at 120?mol/L,and the maximum oil content reached 67.73%at 40?mol/L.The fatty acid components measured by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry were mainly Hexadecanoic acid methyl ester,9-Octadecenoic acid methyl ester and Methyi stearate. The proportion of acid methyl ester was the highest, and the abundance of each component after adding heavy metals was higher than that of the control group. The mechanism of scavenging free radical ions by antioxidant system in vivo under the stress of these two heavy metals was studied. The MDA of peroxidation products in vivo was measured to different degrees.Under the stress of heavy metal Cd2+,SOD and CAT enzymes were mainly used in the enzymatic system.Under the stress of heavy metal Pb2+,the non-enzymatic system GSH plays a role. The intracellular structure is complex. In the face of external environmental stress,it should be a synergistic effect of various substances.Under the stress of heavy metals,it shows an increase in fatty acid content, which is a relatively environmentally friendly biodiesel industry that can replace petroleum energy.Development provides a certain theoretical basis.
