Under the conditions of superheated steam,the heavy oil has a aquathermolysisreaction,and the heavy component is decomposed into a light component,which makes the viscosity of heavy oil greatly reduced and becomes an important reason for increasing the heat production of superheated steam injection.However,the current numerical simulator has no module to characterize the aquathermolysisof heavy oil.Therefore,numerical simulation can not be used to predict the development effect of the aquathermolysiseffect of heavy oil.Therefore,it is necessary to study the realization method of the numerical simulation of the aquathermolysisof the heavy oil.Based on the variation of the components before and after the hydrothermal reaction,the equation characterizing the aquathermolysis of heavy oil under the condition of superheated steam was determined,and a new method of calculating the pre index and activation energy of the aquathermolysisreaction was proposed,and the model of the aquathermolysisreaction of the thick oil was established.After that,the established model is applied to the numerical simulator,and it is compared with the calculation results without considering the effect of aquathermolysis.Based on the established aquathermolysis model and the realization method in the numerical simulation,the aquathermolysis of different viscosity heavy oil at different production stages and the factors affecting the aquathermolysisare studied.Aiming at the area of kom sai oilfield,combined with the economic method,the superheated steam huff and puff rotation criteria under different oil prices were studied.The results show that the calculated results are more consistent with the actual field and laboratory results.The viscosity of heavy oil can be further reduced by the aquathermolysis of heavy oil,and the water saturation in the near well zone can be reduced.The higher the viscosity of heavy oil and the higher the content of heavy components,the greater the degree of water pyrolysis.Because of the full contact between heavy oil and superheated steam,the reaction degree is greater than that during steam stimulation stage.Well boiling time and superheat are important factors of heavy oil pyrolysis.The boundary value of the fluid parameters at different levels of different crude oil prices is different.In this paper,the boundary value of the parameters of different crude oil prices is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation of the applicability of superheated steam stimulation in heavy oil reservoirs.According to the established aquathermolysis model and its implementation method in numerical simulation,based on the established aquathermolysis model,the aquathermolysisrules of different viscosity viscous oils at different production stages and the influencing factors of aquathermolysis were studied.Aiming at the kumisai oilfield block,combined with economic methods,the screening criteria for superheated steam-handling and refueling under different oil prices were studied.
