Using HowNet,Wanfang Data,SPE,AAPG,Elsevier and other Chinese and foreign text databases,we reviewed over 150 articles and data relating to water shutoff and profile control technology and water shutoff profile control agents at home and abroad,and found that along with the increase in strata mining,the oil fields With the increase of injected water volume and the decline of oil production,the production capacity of wells is damaged,and subsequent water treatment increases costs.For this reason,how to adjust the water flooding effect becomes one of the problems that need to be faced by the current old oil field.Deep reservoirs and high salinity are one of the difficulties encountered in the construction of injection wells in some oil fields in China.Roller furnace was used to measure the viscosity of the pouch profile control agent and change of TSI index at 150°C,160°C and 200°C to evaluate the temperature resistance of the pouch profile control plugging agent.The use of 90000 mg/L,95000 mg/L,100,000 mg/L,150,000 mg/L,and 200,000 mg/L pulping water to prepare the pouch profile control agent was used to develop the salt resistance of the hair follicle profile control plugging agent.test.Using six artificial cores with different permeability,the water plugging rate and erosion resistance of the pouch profile control agent were simulated.Through laboratory experiments,a temperature-resistant(200°C)salt-resistant(200,000mg/L)strong plugging pouch profile control system was selected.On the basis of laboratory experiments,field tests were conducted in well XJ-01 in Karamay,Xinjiang,and the effect of increasing production was obvious.
