In the recent years,the world's demand for oil resources is increasing day by day,so people pay more and more attention to the oil and gas resource exploitation model based on underwater production system because it has unique advantages.However,the problem of fouling biological adhesion may occur during the service of underwater production system and it may cause a series of serious effects such as equipment pipeline blockage,base corrosion and perforation.Therefore,it is imperative to study the antifouling technology of key equipment in underwater production system.This paper is mainly divided into the following four parts:(1)Through the control parameter experiment,studying the relationship between electrode shape and available chlorine concentration,the relationship between voltage and electrolysis time and current density,the relationship between available chlorine concentration and electrolysis time and current density,the relationship between current density and calcium-magnesium deposits quality.The experimental data will be used as the theoretical basis and basis for the research on the antifouling technology in the following study.(2)Carrying out research on antifouling technology of underwater production system and developing the multichannel controller and long life anode and cathode for electrolysis of seawater.Based on the antifouling requirement of key equipment in underwater production system,the cable routing and electrode connection mode are designed.Using ANSYS software to check the antifouling equipment strength and strengthen the structure.(3)The flow field model is established based on similarity theory,using FLUENT software to simulate the diffusion of available chlorine in three-dimensional flow field.According to the real marine environment,determining the multiphase flow model and turbulence model.The effects of different factors on the diffusion of available chlorine concentration and effective protection area for key equipment of underwater production system are analyzed based on the above results.(4)Building the marine test platform and designing the marine tests.Studying the fouling bioadhesion rule and the protective effect of available chlorine.Summarizing the above research results and verifying the feasibility and reliability of antifouling technology of electrolytic seawater through the marine scale model tests.
