An industrial park sewage treatment plant in Tongchuan City is an industrial park supporting project,located in Potou Town,Yaozhou District,Tongchuan City,Shaanxi Province.This paper is based on the design of a sewage treatment plant in an industrial park in Tongchuan City,in order to explore a highly reproducible and stable high-efficiency treatment process for industrial parks with variable water content and complex composition.This paper firstly summarizes the overview of the enterprises that are stationed,the projects under construction and the intentions to enter the park,and focuses on the production and drainage of the enterprises.On this basis,combined with the planning,the design period and construction scale of the sewage treatment project were determined,and the designed influent water quality,effluent water quality and pollutant treatment efficiency were determined through calculation.With this aim,the wastewater treatment process design of the industrial park was launched.The specific research is as follows:(1)This design is intended to use the sewage treatment process as a ondary biological treatment process & deep treatment process combination.According to the survey statistics,the number of enterprises in industrial parks has increased year by year,so the designed wastewater discharge and treatment difficulty should be higher than the current data.In order to cope with the large changes in water quantity and water quality during the expansion period of industrial parks,in the design of secondary biological treatment process,the improved oxidation ditch process is adopted,and the process is switched through the gates,pipes and aeration equipment in the oxidation ditch.It can be flexibly converted into A/O process,A/A/O process and UCT process according to the actual treatment water quality and water quantity.(2)In order to cope with the possible deterioration of biodegradability of sewage in the future,biological treatment cannot meet the requirements.The advanced oxidation process is reserved in the deep treatment stage of this project.In the selection of advanced oxidation treatment methods,the Fenton method is more economical and effective.However,considering the protection of the natural state of the Zhao's water body,the ozone oxidation method is selected as the treatment method of the advanced oxidation process.(3)The effluent disinfection process is compared.When the advanced oxidation process is not activated,the purchased sodium hypochlorite product is selected.According to the actual situation of the design,the sludge at the end of the process is calculated according to the actual situation of the design.The sludge is dehydrated and the sludge treatment facilities of the Tongchuan Wastewater Treatment Plant are treated uniformly.The odor of sewage treatment plant contains less methyl mercaptan and VOC,mainly ammonia and hydrogen sulfide.Based on the comprehensive treatment effect,investment cost and ease of operation,the biofilter process is selected.
