In this paper, the results for the design, commissioning, operation of Hukou County Golden Sand Bay Industrial Park sewage treatment plant as:(1) In ensure the effluent quality, realize the process for nitrogen and phosphorus removal, the basis, the investment of AAO oxidation ditch process is ower than ordinary A2O process; so it as disinfection process using UV disinfection and the traditional chemical disinfection of good treatment effect.(2) Golden Sand Bay Industrial Park sewage treatment plant adopted AAO oxidation ditch process. A1segment using UASB technology, A2segment using anaerobic contact process, O segment using oxidation ditch process. By means of the return of sludge to anaerobic Al segment and200%digestive fluid to A2segmen,it can achieve the of removal wastewater nitrogen and phosphorusl;(3) During the commissioning in the AAO process, to ensure the water quality be up to the "integrated wastewater discharge standard "(GB8978-1996), fenton oxidation process was added after the AAO process.(4) After nearly two months of trial operation, AAO oxidation ditch process ran normally. And the total effluent concentration of CODCr, NH3-N and TP average was68.06mg/L,10.16mg/L and0.37mg/L, respectively. The removal rate was57.26%,76.94%and98.36%, respectively. The water quality is better than that of "integrated wastewater discharge standard "(GB8978-1996) requirement;(5) It was totally invested1,750,507,900yuan for the sewage treatment plant project in Hukou County Golden Sand Bay Industrial Park. And the processing scale was60000m3/d. it could be achieved for emission reductions of CODcr and NH3-N, which was6132t/a and292t/a, respectively.
