With the progress of the society and the development of technology,the public's demand for the comfort and convenience of work and life is increasing day by day,and the corresponding daily necessities and office automation equipment have made great progress in the past 20 years.As one of the crucial equipment of office automation,the application of copier has penetrated into all aspects of society.In the research and development of copier relevant technology and product production,western countries have mastered many key technologies from material to structure,from components or parts to electronic control and so on.Although China is a major country in the production and use of copier products,key technologies are basically monopolized by western countries,which will bring great trouble potential to China's industrial structure and information security.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the research on the key and core technologies of the copier for the localization of copier related products and the promotion of the market competitiveness of domestic products.This topic gives priority on the research on the related technology of photocopy image tilt detection and deviation correction,to offer support for the domestic laser copier project.The paper mainly discusses from the following aspects:Firstly,the method of image skew correction was studied based on the analysis of the causes of image skew.Combined with the requirements of the implementation and application of copier products,the image tilt detection and deviation correction method based on FPGA rapid processing was studied,and the scheme of the image fast deviation correction system based on FPGA was designed.Secondly,based on the experiment platform of "USB+FPGA+DDR2",the image reception and DDR2 storage module based on USB transmission were designed logically,and the image transmission and storage were realized.Through the logical design of the image tilt angle detection algorithm based on the image boundary point offset,the image tilt angle detection was realized.The skew image rotation correction was realized through the logical design of the image rotation method based on the nearest neighbor interpolation algorithm.Model Sim simulation and Signal Tap II online logic test were used to verify the correctness and effectiveness of each logic function module.Finally,the experimental system of photocopying image correction was realized through the integration of each logic function module,and the image transmission was realized with the help of PC terminal upper computer application program.The transmitted image was received,stored,tilted angle detected,rotated and corrected by the logic function module of the image correction system.Through the analysis of the image and data of each step operation after the deviation correction uploaded,it was verified that the system function is correct,and the speed of deviation correction processing was significantly improved compared with the software implementation,meeting the application requirements of the copier equipment.The image correction method based on FPGA proposed in this topic can improve the speed of image correction processing and provide a new idea and way for the research of core technology of domestic photocopier,which has certain academic significance and engineering application value.
