Research On Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Environmental Protection Social Responsibility Of Local Enterprises In N City Of Jiangsu Province

In recent years,environmental protection problems have emerged in endlessly in enterprises.Because enterprises attach importance to their own economic benefits and other reasons,environmental protection problems are either ignored,or inadequate,or from the ideological point of view,so that a variety of environmental problems occur frequently.In addition,the government departments are not in place,not comprehensive,so that many enterprises have more room to drill,loopholes can be picked up.The ultimate result of environmental problems is to threaten the people's living environment and life health,and even destroy the survival and development of future generations.Environmental protection is the common responsibility of the entire society.It requires the concerted efforts of the government,enterprises,and the general public.Among these,enterprises,as social production and investment entities,have a huge impact on the environment.Corporate environmental protection and social responsibility will lead to more extensive Pay attention.Based on the actual situation of N city,this article analyzes the problems existing in the process of fulfilling environmental protection social responsibility in N cities,analyzes the influencing and proposes corresponding strategies to promote the establishment of corporate environmental protection social responsibility and promote the realization of the goal of ecological civilization construction in China.This article is divided into six parts to analyze the influencing factors of local enterprises' environmental protection social responsibility and put forward corresponding countermeasures for research.The first part is introduction.Discuss the research background and significance,domestic and foreign related research,research ideas and research methods.The second part is the basic theory.It will focus on the concept and composition of corporate environmental protection social responsibility,and proceed from relevant theories such as economic development,corporate interests,and government functions to construct the theoretical basis of this article.The third part is the relevant influencing factors for corporate environmental protection and social responsibility.The fourth part is an empirical analysis of the factors influencing the social responsibility of local enterprises in N cities.Through the analysis of corporate environmental protection social responsibility,the main factors affecting the environmental protection social responsibility of N cities are: from the perspective of the enterprise itself,including economic benefits,environmental awareness,and fulfillment capabilities;from the government level,including government guidance and government legal system construction.The impact;from the social level,mainly includes the power of the media and the behavior of stakeholders.Under the influence of these multiple factors,the burden of corporate responsibility is affected.The fifth part is the countermeasure analysis,based on the analysis of the related factors,it puts forward the relevant countermeasures to solve the problem,including: perfecting the incentive mechanism from the enterprise level,perfecting the supervision mechanism from the government level,and perfecting the supervision mechanism of the consumer and the public to the enterprise from the social level.The sixth part is conclusions.
