The thesis consists of the following two sections.1.Highly regioselective reaction of ?,?-unsaturated oxime ether promoted by organic zinc reagent.Regioselective reactions have long been the focus of organic chemists' research.Homoallylic compounds are an important class of synthetic intermediates and structural units in medicinal chemistry, which are widely present in large numbers of nitrogen-containing natural products, heterocyclic compounds, and biologically active molecules. This section demonstrates a highly regioselective reaction between organozinc reagents and ?,?-unsaturated oxime ether to synthesize homoallylic amines in one-pot fashion. This process provides a highly selective 1,2-addition product in the gamma position with the formation of new C-C bonds. The reaction has a wide range of applications and a high yield.2.Study on the olefination reaction of carbonyl compounds promoted by rare earth metal dysprosium in the presence of diphenyl phosphite.Rare earth elements are an important class of chemical elements that are closely related to our daily lives. As the largest country in rare earth resources,China has a wide range of applications in this area, mainly in the petrochemical, metallurgical industry, ceramic glass and military fields. In recent years,a series of good progress has been made on the application of rare earth metals in organic synthesis. However,as one of them, the research results about dysprosium are relatively few.In this section, the olefination reaction of carbonyl compounds directly promoted by rare earth metal dysprosium in the presence of diphenyl phosphite was studied. The reaction adopts a one-pot method, and the operation is simple and the reaction conditions are mild.
