This thesis mainly includes the application of SmI2 and zero-valent rare earth metal ytterbium to promote the intramolecular cyclization of oxime ether to form cyclic imine compounds.1.The study of SmI2-mediated y-bromo oxime ether and ?,?-unsaturated oxime ether to form a cyclic imine compound.Cyclic imines are widely found in nature They are the central structure of many natural products and important backbone for many drug molecules. Therefore, chemists have been actively exploring its synthetic methods. This article explores a new approach to the synthesis of such compounds.Compared with other methods, this method has the advantages of milder reaction conditions, simple operation, high yield and environmental friendliness.2.Studies on the formation of cyclic imine compounds through the intramolecular cyclization of y-bromo and 5-bromo oxime ether promoted by ytterbium. As an important member of the lanthanide series, ytterbium has the general chemical properties of lanthanide metals and its own uniqueness.C ompared with SmI2,ytterbium is not sensitive to moisture and air, also has higher electron-transfer efficiency. It can promote both cyclization of ?-bromo and ?-bromo oxime ether to synthesize a five and six-membered cyclic imine compound in high yield.
