Research On Nantong Kite Culture Services Design Based On Community Co-creation

In recent years,under the boom of regional cultural construction,the protection of intangible cultural heritage has been incorporated into the public cultural service system,and all sectors of society are exploring a way of innovation and development of regional culture in contemporary times.At present,relevant scholars put forward the "non-material cultural service" model,non-material cultural service is the non-relict project as a cultural resource,to provide cultural experience services for the public innovative form,aimed at protecting,spreading and inheriting the regional intangible cultural heritage,but also to meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the masses.At the beginning of the project,the author visited Nantong,Wuxi,Changzhou and other places of non-relics and places,which found that the existing for the spread of intangible cultural heritage,learning and other cultural services have difficult to shape,small scale,poor effect,weak sense of cultural identity and so on.In view of this cultural phenomenon,this topic will follow the service design method,relying on specific non-relict projects,with Nantong Board Kite cultural service as the research object,the community strength to achieve the spread and continuation of regional culture,to explore the more possibilities of non-material cultural service model,coordination and promotion of traditional culture and contemporary society adaptation relationship.Service design not only pays attention to what kind of service to provide users,pay more attention to the sustainability of the service system and organizational change,now,community participation,co-creation and other ideas,for service design involving public affairs management,complex social issues to provide a new way of thinking,therefore,this topic will be the community to create the perspective of the service design research First of all,the theoretical basis of community co-creation and on the basis of systematic combing service design,a large number of case studies,social co-creation into the intangible cultural heritage service research topic.Then,through the field visit,we obtained the insight of the Nantong kite culture and its service model,and analyzed the significance and value of the new intervention of the nantong kite culture service from all walks of life,and then established the direction of the follow-up research and design of service design on the basis of the existing research,that is,the three levels of "relationship-project-experience".Then,through the in-depth investigation of the various stakeholders of Nantong kite service system,on the basis of defining the problems and needs of the various stages of service construction,the comprehensive and systematic service design is finally completed from the design point of view of the strategy.The research results and main conclusions of this paper are as follows: Firstly,through the systematic research and integration of the existing theories of community,co-creation and social innovation,the concept of community co-creation is put forward,and the follow-up design concerns are drawn on the basis of case analysis;secondly,through field investigation,the importance of community co-creation for intangible cultural services is drawn from the perspective of problems.Thirdly,from the theoretical perspective of community co-creation,three levels of intangible cultural service design are proposed.Fourthly,according to the systematic and full-cycle research of stakeholders,the design direction of "pre-enablingenabling" is finally established,and the design strategies of co-creating community construction,service system construction and service contact are put forward.From the perspective of integration of design,this paper attempts and explores the design of kite culture service,hoping to provide some reference value for the protection of intangible cultural heritage in a wider scope.
