Research On The Optimization Of Cost Management System Of SW Company

In the coal industry under the macroeconomic regulation and control of the situation,the decrease in the energy demand in the domestic and international influence of the background,the SW producers have cost control methods,and properties by constraints,in the condition of industry in the aspect of cost control is difficult to meet the demand of the current enterprise internal control and development,therefore to search through the value chain cost control system is analyzed and improved.Based on the enterprise strategy cost control in the enterprise value chain theory as the basis,through the questionnaire survey,data analysis,analytic hierarchy process(ahp),expert scoring method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to SW enterprise cost control influence factors are qualitative and quantitative evaluation,a comprehensive analysis of SW value chain system of coal enterprise,on the basis of cost control optimization strategy is put forward.First of all,it fully analyzes the overall operation and management status quo,operating status and other background of SW enterprises,and expounds the current cost control status quo and problems of enterprises.Secondly,according to the value chain cost control theory,combined with the situation of SW enterprises,the value chain cost factors of SW enterprises were analyzed,and the value chain analysis model of SW coal enterprises was established.The enterprise cost control system was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by using analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method.Then,according to the analysis results,put forward the goal of solving the problem of cost control and establishing the value chain cost management system,which requires the enterprise to conduct the cost control of SW coal enterprise from the perspective of value chain from three aspects: internal enterprise,supplier downstream customer,competitor analysis.Finally,put forward the optimization program support measures,from the internal,external horizontal vertical value chain optimization program,and promote the SW coal enterprise cost control management level.The research can provide theoretical basis for SW coal enterprises to build cost control mode and optimization scheme based on value chain,and at the same time,it has certain reference significance for cost control of relevant industries and enterprises.
