With the development of computer technology,the application of numerical control technology has become more and more extensive,and numerical control technology has become the basis of modern manufacturing technology.CNC machinery has brought many disruptive changes to the global manufacturing industry.The popularization and development level of numerical control technology can reflect the comprehensive national strength of a country and the level of industrial modernization of the country from the side.The transformation and upgrading of mechanical processing and manufacturing industry relies on numerical control processing technology.Traditional machining starts with the design of mechanical parts drawings.According to the reasonable design process and steps of drawings,this step requires a lot of intelligence and time,which greatly limits the improvement of work efficiency.With the development of computer technology and the wide spread of CAD/CAM technology,the original drawing analysis,process and step design are all completed by computer,which saves more time,reduces the chance of human error,reduces the production cost and improves the quality of parts than the traditional mechanical processing and manufacturing process.Nowadays,many machines use impeller shaft to transfer energy,such as engine impeller,turbine impeller shaft,fan impeller and compressor impeller.As an important part of these machines,the machining accuracy of impeller shaft has an extraordinary influence on the aerodynamic performance and the conversion of mechanical power.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the processing technology of impeller shaft for improving the performance of the machine.In recent years,wind energy,water energy,solar energy,as renewable clean energy,have attracted the attention of various countries.Wind turbine is a kind of common equipment which transforms wind energy into electric energy.It is mainly composed of hub,wind wheel,wind drive,generator,etc.The impeller shaft studied in this paper is the key part of the wind power driver.The machining method of impeller shaft belongs to three-axis NC machining.By analyzing the drawings of impeller shaft,the structure and parameters of impeller shaft can be defined.With the aid of CAD/CAM technology,the impeller shaft can be simulated and modeled.On this basis,the appropriate working procedures and steps are designed,and the appropriate cutting tools and machine tool fixtures are selected for automatic programming.The whole part is processed with the help of Cheng.In view of the processing requirements of this subject,it is proposed to use the program functions of CAXA manufacturing engineer and UGNX.According to the actual processing conditions,CNC lathe CKD6150 A and CNC milling machine AVL650 e are selected.The CNC system chooses Huazhong 818 A system and Huazhong 818 B system respectively.On the basis of deeply studying the idea and method of parametric design,this paper focuses on the processing technology of impeller shaft,so as to improve the processing accuracy of impeller shaft.According to the research contents,the key technical problems to be solved are as follows:1.Analyse part drawings,select reasonable process,and optimize tool path to meet technical requirements and time-consuming.2.Processing preparation and preparation of process documents.3.The optimization design of mathematical modeling of impeller shaft is carried out,and the parametric model of three-dimensional solid impeller shaft is established.An optimization design program of impeller shaft is compiled in the module of CIMCOE software.4.The motion simulation of impeller shaft is completed under UG module.5.The stress of impeller blades is analyzed in ANSYS finite element analysis software.6.Choose appropriate tool materials,clamping methods and cutting parameters to improve the processing accuracy on the basis of meeting the technical requirements.7.A double objective optimization function with the lowest production cost and the highest productivity is established.
