The material using on the refrigerator has a requirement on its corrosion resistance,and different parts are different.On the one hand,corrosion will lead to changes in the life.On the other hand,the appearance of the material after corrosion will affect the appearance,which will reduce people's evaluation of the quality.At present,the industry commonly used neutral salt spray test corrosion resistance of the material.However,salt spray test is less efficient,thereby companies need a more efficient way to accelerate materials corrosion.The corrodkote corrosion test is good and the cost is low.However,this test is only applied to the electroplating materials at present,and other related research reports are few.In this paper,the corrosion of neutral salt spray test and corrodkote corrosion test of1060 pure aluminum and galvanized sheet provided by Midea Company was investigated to investigate the consistency of the corrosion mechanism and corrosion products between two accelerated corrosion tests and atmospheric corrosion.Some conclusions were received.In the neutral salt spray and corrodkote corrosion test,the corrosion type of 1060 pure aluminum is pitting corrosion with the products Al2O3,AlOOH and Al?OH?3,and the corrosion of galvanized sheet is uniform with the products Zn?OH?2,ZnCl2 and Zn5?OH?8Cl2·H2O,results of tests is same to the atmospheric corrosion.Through the relationship between weight loss per unit area and time,the corrosion kinetics of 1060pure aluminum under two accelerated corrosion modes shows a power function relationship,and the galvanized sheet has a linear relationship,which are also consistent with the atmospheric environment.The two accelerated corrosion modes are relevant.The gray relational analysis method was used to simulate the two accelerated corrosion tests and the exposure of materials to atmospheric exposure.The results show that for the1060 pure aluminum material,the correlation of corrodkote corrosion test is more higher than the correlation of neutral salt spray test in most situations,so the the scope of application of the corrodkote corrosion test is more extensive than the neutral salt spray test.And for galvanized materials,two kinds of accelerated tests on the degree of correlation of the atmosphere is very close,whereas to the overall the corrodkote corrosion test has higher degree.Therefore,the corrodkote corrosion test can replace the neutral salt spray test of 1060 pure aluminum and galvanized sheet for accelerate corrosion of the atmospheric environment.Finally,according to the time using in the accelerated corrosion test and atmospheric exposure text to achieve the same corrosion weight,the accelerating equation of corrodkote corrosion test and neutral salt spray test for the material is obtained.
