With the development of China's automobile industry and the rise of new forces such as new-energy automobile companies,the pressure of traditional fuel vehicles has doubled.In the market prospect of increasingly fierce competition,automobile companies pay more and more attention to the improvement of the overall performance and quality of their products,so as to increase their competitiveness in the market.For consumers,the consumption concept of buying a car has also changed a lot.From the past when people just need to pay more attention to the price,now people are more and more aware of the car,the awareness of rights protection is also growing,and they pay more attention to the overall cost performance of the car.Automobile anticorrosion engineering has gradually become an important part in the manufacture and use of major automobile enterprises.The development of automobile anticorrosion technology is of great significance to the use of vehicles.The appearance of rust,corrosion failure,loss of function and other problems caused by automobile corrosion have seriously affected the service safety and user experience of automobiles,causing some consumer complaints,which have a deep impact on the brand image of automobile enterprises,so it is very important to pay attention to corrosion protection technology.Salt spray test is an important means to the anticorrosion properties of the vehicle and the parts,this paper will analysis the salt spray test standards of several major automakers,put forword current issues of corrosion cycles test methods,and take PV1210 issues for example,use the SAE 1008-1010 standard corrosion coupon as test object,with its mass loss value before and after the test as test indicators,identify the factors affect the salt spray test corrosion strength experiment,and analysis and screening them one by one.Then use the Minitab software,through the DOE partial factor design method,two level values of high and low are set respectively for five test factors: salt solution concentration,whether or not calcium chloride is added,p H value of the solution,test temperature,and placement angle of the samples.And the orthogonal test design of five factors and two levels is conducted.Finally,the conclusion is reached after only 16 groups of experiments over a period of 16 days.The experimental results show that the test temperature and salt solution concentration are significant factors affecting the quality loss of standard corrosion coupon,and find the optimal combination of all factors which make the corrosion strength biggest.The DOE method greatly improves the efficiency of problem analysis.Then the experiment is arranged according to the optimal combination,and the result show that the maximum test period of PV 1210 standard is shortened 25%,the cost of testing is saved 25%.The results in this paper provide basic data and preliminary reference conclusions for the development of salt spray test methods.The research methods in this paper provide ideas for the research of test design and development,and help domestic independent brand car enterprises and research institutions to develop the circulating salt spray test standards in line with China's environment conditions.
