In recent years,the shortage of water resources in the aquaculture industry in China and the pollution of the environment caused by large amounts of sewage from processing factories have become increasingly prominent.Water-saving aquaculture has become a major issue for the aquaculture industry and agriculture.The direct discharge of large quantities of vegetable washing water by vegetable processing enterprises is not only a great waste of water resources,but more importantly,the carrying of vegetable residues will pollute the environment,causing BOD,COD and other water quality indicators to exceed emission standards,thus bringing a series of Environmental issues.Based on the ecological principles of animal and plant nutrition complementation and guided by the concepts of circular economy and efficient water-saving cultivation,this research establishes an ecological farming technology system to enable the multiple recycling and reuse of vegetable processing tail water,implementing water saving,environmental protection,and high quality.Efficient organic integration of planting and aquaculture.The main findings are as follows:1.Vegetable processing and washing after the tail water is filtered,the fish ponds are introduced for the cultivation of freshwater fish,and the water is not consumed for water conservation;large particles such as vegetable crumbs are filtered and put into fish ponds as bait for grass carp,etc.,which can save feed and reduce breeding cost.2.Washing and processing of vegetable tail water into aquaculture ponds.Successfully cultured grass carp,silver carp,carp,crucian carp,and fish pond water into lotus pool.It serves as an organic fertilizer for lotus root and zizania aquatica in aquatic vegetables,and achieves the purpose of ecological farming of fertilizing vegetables.3.The vegetable processing and washing tail water was reused by fish ponds,lotus root ponds and reeds vegetable fields to turn wastes into treasures.It explored the operating model of water-saving farming and ecological environment protection,and explored the circular economy model of organic integration of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery.Has a good promotion and application value.All water quality indicators have been tested to meet the standards for the discharge of water quality standards in China,and meet the national standards for discharge water.The polyculture of grass carp,silver carp,carp and crucian carp in the fish ponds were all healthy.The transparency of the water was measured to be 35cm;the p H of the water body was 8.2;the content of ammonia nitrogen was 0.1mg/L;the nitrite content was 0.01 mg./L;hydrogen sulfide content is 0.01 mg/L.The color of the water is dark brown and there is no odor.This project integrates key technologies such as aquaculture,water purification,and cultivation of aquatic vegetables,avoids the problem of pollution of the environment caused by effluent water in the aquaculture industry,and establishes the flow of water from vegetable washing into fish ponds,pond water into lotus pool,and zizania aquatia.The technical system of farmland has solved the problems in various technical links such as flow rate of vegetable washing water,sedimentation filtration,and aquiculture carrying capacity.It has achieved a technical system that integrates water-saving cultivation and planting of multiple uses of vegetable processing tail water.It has achieved significant social and ecological benefits,played an experimental demonstration role for the organic combination of the aquaculture and vegetable processing industries,and has a reference for watersaving,high-quality,healthy efficient circular agriculture.
