The glass fiber non-woven slitting machine is a special equipment for cutting glass fiber nonwoven fabric.Glass fiber cloth is widely used in petrochemical,road transportation and construction industries.In the process of processing glass fiber non-woven fabrics,there is a fixed-cutting process,that is,the wide-width non-woven fabric is cut into the size required by the user.In the prior art,the worker needs to place the glass fiber non-woven fabric roll on a rotatable shaft.After manually measuring and marking the cutting position by using a steel ruler,the cutting blade is manually operated to cut the cloth roll.Each cut requires the staff to repeat the above process,which not only increases labor costs,but also inefficient cutting.In addition,the structure of the glass fiber non-woven fabric is relatively loose,and the manual slitting method cannot ensure that the quality of the product meets the requirements,and the scrap rate is large.Firstly,the overall design of the glass fiber non-woven fabric slitting machine is designed to determine the best solution.The calculation of the components is determined by calculation and calibration,and the three-dimensional modeling and simulation is carried out.Based on the PLC control system,according to the control requirements of the glass fiber non-woven fabric automatic length cutting machine,the electrical control circuit diagram and the specific control scheme are designed,the corresponding hardware modules are selected and the PLC control cabinet is assembled.Structural topology optimization of metal circular saw blades and modal analysis comparison.The stepper motor driven by the driver: sawing feed motor,positioning disk positioning device motor,rotary blanking device motor realize the optimal control of variable acceleration and deceleration rate,and carry out the secondary reset to find the origin action,so as to ensure the accuracy of the overall action process position.Set the emergency stop button and start the reset switch to realize the automatic control of the automatic feeding,automatic positioning,cloth rotation drive,cutting processing,automatic unloading and other processes.The slitting efficiency and the slitting quality of the roll are improved.The glass fiber non-woven slitting machine can produce glass fiber non-woven fabric segments ranging from 100 mm to 500 mm.The touch screen operation is very simple and convenient,labor saving,labor saving and high efficiency.After being put into use,the automatic fixed-length slitting machine based on PLC control system runs well,which creates economic benefits for the company and greatly saves manpower and material resources.
