Diamond is a material with high hardness.The chemical plating process for plating on diamond surface with a layer of metal can give coating many new features.And it can reduce the interfacial energy and improve the strength,hardness,wear resistance,abrasive wear resistance and ablation resistance.And it has broad application prospects in the fields of aerospace,weapon equipment.However,there are still some problems in the chemical plating equipment.There is a a fatal problem is that the PH of solution is changing in the whole process of chemical plating.This problem affect the quality of the coating and the coating speed seriously.And it makes the surface of diamond coating very uneven and appear the phenomenon of coating exposed.What is more,it can appear the phenomenon of coating off.This greatly affects the chemical plating process and quality of diamond.In this article,the pH value constant control system is designed for this problem.The process of chemical plating can be controlled quantitatively.The pH value constant control system is designed In this article.The system collects the PH value of the solution in real time.And send it to controller through RS485 communication.The controller uses the PID algorithm to obtain the adjustment of the flow control valve,which drives the stepper motor to drive the peristaltic pump to complete the specified acid-base feeding action.In terms of hardware design,The whole circuit design of pH value constant control system of diamond chemical plating solution was completed.Including stepper motor drive circuit,communication circuit,solution temperature acquisition circuit,power module circuit,solution pH value acquisition circuit.In order to increase the anti-jamming performance of the system,.the stepper motor drive,RS23 communication,RS485 communication part have used photoelectric isolation technology.In terms of software design,The communication interface design of RS232,RS485 and Bluetooth Based on Modbus protocol are completed.Automatic calibration technology of circuit and high precision fitting method are used to get high precision of temperature measurement.The system use PHG-1103 to realize the accurate measurement of pH value of solution.The acceleration and deceleration control of stepping motor is realized by the iterative method.And the application of multi-modal PID control method makes the control accuracy reach ±0.1.reach of the solution PH value in the whole process of chemical plating.In terms of PC software design,Human computer interaction based on Android was completed.Including manual operation mode interface,solution target pH PID parameter setting interface,Bluetooth address setting interface,error tolerance value setting interface and solution pH value real-time curve drawing interface.Host computer of android is communicated with the controller through Bluetooth.and the control information of the host computer is sent to the controller in real time.And the controller performs the corresponding work according to the setting of the host computer.
