The healthy development of retail industry plays an important role in promoting residents’ consumption and speeding up China’s economic construction.In order to guide the benign change of current residents’consumption concept and consumption mode,transformation and upgrading is the only way in the development process of retail enterprises.With the rise of e-commerce model,the traditional retail enterprises are facing a huge threat,the survival environment is very grim.The capital structure of an enterprise is the key to its financing decision and capital operation,and a reasonable capital structure is conducive to maximizing the value of the enterprise.With the transformation and upgrading of the retail industry and the complicated and changeable domestic economic environment,it is of great significance to optimize the capital structure of enterprises dynamically.This paper takes the capital structure of Qiujie Company as the research object,analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the capital structure of Qiujie Company,finds out the reasons leading to the problems of the capital structure,and puts forward solutions to optimize the capital structure.From the equity capital structure,debt capital structure,total capital three aspects of the Qiujie capital structure of the status quo and problems are analyzed in detail,will also be compared with the same industry capital structure,Qiujie capital structure found problems,through analysis that the existing problems of the original.Because the ratio of internal financing is too low,and the term structure of debt is unreasonable.The fourth part puts forward the optimization scheme of capital structure,calculates the optimal ratio of assets and liabilities through the static optimization model,and then combines the internal and external factors of capital structure to carry on the dynamic optimization design,so as to finally determine the optimal capital structure interval.Then,on the basis of determining the optimal capital structure,the corresponding capital structure optimization strategy is put forward,and after the optimization scheme is put forward,the optimization of the scheme is quantitatively compared by calculating the weighted capital cost.Finally,it provides safeguards for the effective implementation of the capital structure optimization program from the aspects of personnel training,strengthening the awareness of financial cost control,developing and maintaining the relationship between banks and enterprises.
