With the development of agricultural technology,plastic film mulching technology has been widely used in modem agricultural production.However,the traditional agricultural film is non-degradable material,which brings benefits to agricultural production,but also produces a series of environmental pollution problems.Therefore,it is imperative to study degradable plastic film to instead traditional non-degradable plastic film.However,at present,most of the biodegradable plastic films are not suitable for large-scale agricultural production and application because of their complex preparation process and high production cost.The biodegradable film was prepared from citric acid fermentation residue rich in natural macromolecule and corncob waste of agricultural production.The purpose of this project is to expand the source of raw materials for biodegradable film and to solve the problem of high production cost of biodegradable film.The performance of biodegradable film was further stabilized through process optimization,and the problem of unstable performance of biodegradable film was solved,so as to improve its practical application.By studying the film-forming effect of different biological groups,the principle of waste biomass film-forming was analyzed to provide support for the study of the mechanism of waste biomass film-forming.The single factor conditions of the preparation process of citric acid residue matrix film were optimized,and stable citric acid residue matrix film was obtained,with breaking elongation of 220%and tensile strength of 4 Mpa,which fully meet the agricultural needs.Com cob was developed as the raw material of degradable plastic film,which was pretreated by dilute acid-heat method and added suitable film-forming additives to obtain breakage.Com cob biodegradable film with elongation of 110%and tensile strength of 3 Mpa to meet basic agricultural needs was prepared.Different biomass groups were compounded to simulate the film-forming system of citric acid residue.The effects of different biomass groups on the film-forming properties were analyzed by cross-linking degree test,and the film-forming mechanism of citric acid residue was preliminarily obtained.The research of this subject expands the source of biodegradable film materials,improves the practical application of biodegradable film,solves the problem of "white pollution" and provides a new application direction for waste biomass,realizes the high value utilization of waste biomass.
