In order to solve solid waste biomass emissions gradually increases currently, leading to serious environmental pollution problems, this thesis carry out a basic experimental research on clean fuel production from the anaerobic fermentation of biaomass waste, were carried out in our study chicken manure was used as inoculation bacteria, and food residues were used as a substrate, and aim to achieve energy recycling and environmental protection purposes by using principles of anaerobic fermentation, developing a comprehensive utilization technology to effectively deal with chicken manure and biomass waste, and then mastering the technical factors. This thesis mainly carried out a hydrolysis experiment of kitchen residues, an anaerobic fermentation experiment inoculated by chicken manure and chicken manure pretreatment methods on the performance of kitchen residuse anaerobic fermentation experiments. Based on the resolution of relationship between various biologial reactions occurred in response with different process with its influencing factors, summarized the best operating parameters which can achieve an efficient hydrogen and methane production from waste biomass and kitchen residuse, provided the necessary experimental datas and theoretical basis for this technology be applied in practice. The results show that the type of anaerobic fermentation was decided by the concentration of organic matter in solution during biomass waste hydrolysis. When the concentration of kitchen residuse in the initial solution was too low, the hydrolysis process would mainly play as an alcohol fermentation; on the other hand, the hydrolysis process would be an acid fermentation. Total nitrogen and total phosphorus in hydrolyzate change proportionally with the concentration of soluble solid;Chicken manure contains a large number bacteria species can be used to produce hydrogen or methane, an they can also play a role together in the same anaerobic fermentation of biomass waste, and efficiently recover combustible gas from waste, the average gas production rate is7.9ml/(g(COD)·day), while, the average gas composition of CH4, H2, CO are46.5vol%,16.2vol%and9.1vol%, respectively; When chicken manure are used as an inoculum for the bacteria, the acid pretreatment and alkali pretreatment of chicken manure can make the bacteria loss their activity. However, when the heat pretreatment is carried out under the temperature lower than60℃, microorganism activity will be increased, and gas production can also be effectively promoted. Furthermore, compared with normal fermentation, H2concentration can be increased from16vol%to23vol%~43vol%, CH4concentration decreased from46.5vol%to3vol%~6vol%, moreover, it also indicated that the length of heat pretreatment on chicken manure affected gas production performance.
