Allium sativum L has antibacterial effect,by the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition first included.Its functions are: "theriac,insecticidal,zhilishen,for pain and swelling,sores,tuberculosis".However,the antibacterial effect of antibacterial effect of Allium sativum L in vivo and in vitro antibacterial effect and antibacterial mechanism is not very clear,for the antibacterial effect and antibacterial mechanism of Allium sativum L the research is an important theoretical study and improve the antibacterial effect of Allium sativum L.Therefore this experiment extract of Allium sativum L(ether section)the antibacterial activity and antibacterial mechanism were studied.The research contents are summarized as follows:1.through the relevant literature on Allium sativum L were reviewed and summarized,summarized the chemical constituents of Allium sativum L,the antibacterial effect of active ingredients and other pharmacological effects,application value,cultivate the research progress of technology,formed a preliminary understanding and cognition of Allium sativum L.2.Based on the relevant literatures and the experimental study on the extraction technology of Allium sativum L,the organic solvents with different polarity were studied.To determine the active ingredient in Allium sativum L allicin extraction,and preliminary separation of active ingredients in Allium sativum L mainly concentrated in ether in different solvents respectively,Allium sativum L extract against Escherichia coli were compared on different content of allicin in Allium sativum L extract in determination,determine the basic content of the active ingredient in Allium sativum L allicin mainly in the ether phase,provides the basis for later study on antibacterial effect of Allium sativum L and antibacterial mechanism.3.In order to extract Allium sativum L(ether section)as the research object,the bacterial extract of Allium sativum L in the air are examined,the common bacteria(Escherichia coli,Streptococcus,Staphylococcus aureus),antibacterial effect,protection of three aspects of trials of Allium sativum L cells in vivo infection,with inhibition zone and minimum inhibitory concentration as index.The anti Allium sativum L's antibacterial ability to quantify the formation of Allium sativum L on different bacteria have antibacterial ability,but for different bacteria antibacterial ability has certain strength.Preliminarily describes the antibacterial effect of Allium sativum L.4.By in vitro bacterial culture test of Allium sativum L extract(ether section)on antibacterial mechanism,to extract Allium sativum L(ether section)in 4D cells,the cell membrane permeability to bacteria,an important indicator of the activity of ATP.The results showed that compared with the normal group,Allium sativum L extract(ether section)of different concentration can different degree increased the permeability of the bacterial cell membrane,leading to intracellular environment is not stable,inhibited APT activity in cells,leading to cell energy supply shortage,affecting the normal bacteria and thus inhibit the new supersedes the old.,and even kill bacteria.
