Sugar ester is a superior surfactant.It plays a decisive role in medicine,food,and daily chemicals.At present,the production of sugar ester products in China has just started and has broad prospects.At present,the main industrially produced sugar ester product is sucrose,which is synthesized by chemical method.This method produces a lot of toxic and harmful by-products.Therefore,this paper studies the possibility of lipase synthesis of sugar esters to make up for the market vacancies.First,the sugar conversion rate is mainly used to screen a plurality of sugars(sugar alcohols)and fatty acids,and finally maltose myristate is selected as the sugar ester to be synthesized.Novozymes 435 lipase was screened in a similar manner as a reactionary lipase and tert-butanol as a medium for the reaction.Then use the control variable method to control other variables unchanged,and investigate the influence of single variables on the reaction conversion rate.The pretreatment,reaction temperature,reaction time,amount of enzyme reacted,ratio of sugar to acid,sugar concentration,water content,solvent recovery were pretreated and the pretreatment temperature was set at 60?,and the reaction temperature was set at 45?.The reaction time is controlled at about 24 h,the amount of enzyme to be reacted is 24 mg/mL,the ratio of sugar to acid is set to 1:7,the initial sugar concentration is set at 0.15 mol/Land the water content is 2 wt%,the maximum conversion rate can be achieved.About 94%,and the crude product remained stable within 30 days.Since organic solvents are polluted during and after the reaction,and the sugar ester products with a large range of HLB values are also lacking in the market in China,the price of traditional lipases is relatively expensive,so the solvent-free synthesis of raffinose phthalate is considered..According to the same method as before,the experimental study on the synthesis of raffinose phthalate catalyzed by Lip2(YILip2)enzyme in the solvent-free state showed that the reaction time was controlled at 36 h?48 h,the temperature was controlled at 50 0C,and the enzyme amount was controlled at 70 mg/mL,the ratio of sugar to acid is controlled at 1:3 and the water content is controlled at 2 wt%to achieve maximum conversion.The amplification experiment and the flow-injection experiment results of the raffinose ester indicate that the production process can meet the requirements of industrial production.Finally,do some testing on our products.The infrared spectrum of the product was measured,the yield thereof,the HLB value of the product,the emulsification value and the emulsion stability,the foaming value,and thfoaming stability were measured.
