As a new green production, alkyl-glycoside and alkyl sugar ester, two of the nonionic surfactant, were commonly used as emulsifier, dispersant, wash, skin nutrition cleanser, and so on; which were widely applied in industry such as grocery, cosmetic, wash, medicine, spin, printing and dyeing, oil etc. Many experts called it world-class surfactant.The current synthesis methods of alkyl-glycoside and alkyl-sugar ester are primarily chemical methods which using acid as catalyzer and would cause environmental pollution. These synthesis methods were proceeded at rigor conditions such as high temperature and high pressure, with saturated products, low selectivity and plenty of outgrowths.This thesis focuses on synthesizing of alkyl-glycoside byα-amylase. In the degradation of starch byα-amylase, the fatty alcohol competed with water as glycosy acceptors; glucose and fatty acid were using in the synthesis of alkyl sugar ester by lipase of Novozyme 435 as catalyzer. This thesis studied the effect of reaction conditions on the conversion. The experimental results showed that the conversion of alkyl-glycoside could reach 17.5% under the condition of 50℃, n-hexane and water (v:v=1:1) as solvent, the mass proportion of starch andα-amylase is 5:2 and there are 5mmol fatty alcohol in every 1g starch, the reaction time is 6 hours. By the way of extraction by aether and n-hexane (v: v=1:1) and decompression distil, we purify the product. The capability test showed that the foam of the product was slender and greasy. Under the temperature of 40℃, n-hexane and water (v: v=2:1) as solvent, there are 0.04g lipase in every 1ml water, the mol ratio of acid and sugar is 2:1, the conversion could reach upon 91% in 6 hours. The capability test showed that the foam was rich and the capability of emulsification was preferable. This technology reduced the let of waste water, exhaust gas and waste acid, which can be better to environment. The condition of reaction is also mildness, energy is conserved. It decreased the inorganic impurity in product, the outcome was singularity, the product quality and efficiency were enhanced.This new technique provided by the study has been notarized as Chinese patent.
