Nitrogen-doped graphene is a new type of graphene by chemically doped,which has ultra-high specific surface area and catalytic activity.In addition,its unique surface defects have potential application value in hydrogen evolution and catalytic hydrogenation.In this paper,a novel catalyst was prepared by using graphene as a carrier.The new method of in situ hydrogen production and hydrogenation was used to study the hydrogenation of nitrile rubber.The specific contents are as follows:(1)A nitrogen-doped carbon material PPDA-GO was prepared by chemical nitrogen doping of graphene using nitrogen-containing compound as nitrogen source.The preparation of supported metal catalysts was studied by wet impregnation method,and a novel nitrogen-doped catalyst was successfully prepared.Compared with the activated carbon nitrogen-doped catalyst Pd/PPDA-C and the nitrogen-doped Pd-GO catalyst,the results of XRD test showed that the crystal peak of Pd on Pd/PPDA-GO catalyst was obvious,and the specific surface area(850.8 m2··G-1)highest.(2)The catalytic activity of three different catalysts for the hydrogen evolution of formic acid was investigated.It was found that the hydrogen evolution activity of Pd/PPDA-GO catalyst was the highest,reaching 15ml min-1·g-1;The hydrogenation activity of different catalysts on small molecular olefins showed that the hydrogenation activity of Pd/PPDA-GO catalyst was the best,and hydrogenation of small molecules such as styrene and 1-octane was achieved,and the hydrogenation degree could reach 100%.The reasons for the excellent nitrogen-doped carbon materials were analyzed by means of TEM,ICP,BET and other tests.It was found that the introduction of nitrogen increased the dispersibility of Pd on the surface of the support and reduced agglomeration,while nitrogen doping also increased the specific surface area of the support.(3)The effect of Pd/PPDA-GO catalyst on the hydrogenation of nitrile rubber at different temperatures,different times and different catalyst concentrations was investigated.Under the optimal reaction conditions,Pd/PPDA-GO catalyst was added to the nitrile rubber.Hydrogen hydrogenation degree can reach 96.7%;Pd/PPDA-GO catalyst catalyzes the hydrogen production of formic acid to directly hydrogenate nitrile rubber,and the hydrogenation degree can reach 95.3%.
