As a secondary oil refining process,continuous reforming is mainly to rearrange and isomerization of hydrocarbon molecules at high temperature to increase the yield of aromatics and the octane number of gasoline.This technology has made effective progress in recent years.It provides suitable conditions for the characteristics of the reaction,and has obtained high yield of aromatics,liquid and hydrogen.The traditional Continuous reforming technology is mainly held by foreign patents,such as UOP and AXENS,ect.And domestic refineries must pay high fees to import.Countercurrent Moving Bed Reforming is essentially different from traditional continuous reforming process in the way of catalyst circulation,it can overcome the disadvantages between the catalyst activity and the reaction requirement.Meanwhile the technological and economical indexes of the production is also better than before.The Countercurrent Moving Bed Reforming process eliminates the locking hopper system,and realizes the valve free continuous transportation of catalyst and reduces the attrition of catalyst.However,the key problems of the existing control schemes,such as the measurement of catalyst circulation and the control of the cycle rate,have not been solved yet.In addition,the Countercurrent Moving Bed Reforming will use the most active catalyst in the fourth reactor with the worst reaction conditions,which will cause the catalyst to accelerate the carbon deposition and make a large reduction in the reaction process,in that way this Countercurrent Moving Bed Reforming can not be fully controlled,and the effect may even worse than the traditional technology.The author developed the circulation and regeneration control technology of Countercurrent Moving Bed Reforming.Based on the refinery processes and sequence control,combined with the theory of pneumatic conveying and curve fitting.Meanwhile solved the problems and made effective application in the plant.
