Gasmeter position, the angle of piston inclination and movement velocity of piston are important indicators for monitoring the operating condition of gasometer. At present, the testing of gasometer running state mainly depends on monitoring the gasmeter position and the angle of piston inclination, respectively. However, few testing methods involves both the indicators simultaneously. In the actual operation, the piston platform tilt degree is the key factor to the safe operation of gas tank. if the gas holder piston platform tilt degree overruns, gas leakage accident will occur. In this study, based on the analysis of the existing gasmeter position, the angle of piston inclination and the trend of piston motion, we proposed the model for the moving posture of piston platform,Design and implementation of multi-sensor detection system can realize online measurement and gasmeter piston motion platform attitude control system.The paper firstly introduces the research status and development trend of this topic, along with the background and significance of the research. On this basis the main content of the research was further investigated.Secondly, the motion posture model for piston platform was established. The motion variation and state of piston platform was analyzed by the least square method from which real-time data of skew degree, cabinet position, velocity and acceleration of piston motion were obtained.The software design of gas storage tank motion posture testing system was conducted based on Lab VIEW platform which could realize a multi-functional measurement system for data acquisition, data processing, data analysis, dynamic 3D image display, historical data query and sound light alarm.Then, the construction of gas storage tank motion attitude control system was introduced. The problem about data exchange between PLC and host computer was solved by using PRODAVE toolkit in Lab VIEW, based on which coal gas storage cabinet motion attitude and LabVIEW control system were realized.Eventually, the calibration for static error of multi sensors along with the systematic analysis of uncertainty was conducted and summarizing and forecasting in which my own thoughts about the futher investigation was presented.
