In this thesis,a series of low cross-linking high oil absorption resin was synthesized using suspension polymerization with stearyl methacrylate(SMA),2-Ethylhexyl methacrylate(EHMA)and styrene(St)as monomers.Based on the Central composite model and the Box Behnken model,basic factors and profound factors were designed and optimized by statistical analysis.A composite oil absorption material was prepared by mixing multi-walled carbon nanotubes(CNTs)with the organic part to optimize the oil absorption properties of the resin.The optimum synthesis conditions were obtained with AIBN=3wt%,DVB=0.5wt%,PVA=3wt%,EHMA:SMA=1:5,acetone=38.1%,St=39.9%,CNTs=0.6wt%.Then the oil absorption performance of the composite material was tested through the pure oil examination and the oily water examination,respectively.The best results were:19.23g/g(gasoline),21.15g/g(diesel),18.56g/g(kerosene)in pure oil.The saturated oil absorption time is 37.25h,and the oil retention rate is 78.16%(gasoline),94.47%(diesel)and 90.89%(kerosene)after 24 hours.The removal efficiency of gasoline,diesel and kerosene in oily water was:98.69%,66.24%and 99.31%.The samples were characterized by FTIR,TGA,RAMAN,SEM and CA.The results showed that the sample had good thermodynamic properties withstanding temperature was 310?,belonged to superhydrophobic materials,and the contact angle of the material with water was 121.42°.The surface of the sample had a porous structure with uniform dispersion.Moreover,after the oil absorption,the volume of the composite oil absorption material expands and its density is less than that of water,which is easy to recover from the treating oil-water mixture.
