| With the rapid development of the economy and society,knowledge plays an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises.As a carrier of knowledge,knowledge employees are becoming the most important core competitiveness of enterprises.Enterprises must rely on knowledge employees to stand out in the industry.Under this background,how to better optimize the existing incentive measures and effectively motivate knowledge employees to give full play to their creativity and autonomy has become the primary problem that enterprise managers need to solve.D is a company engaged in the research and development of thermoplastic elastomer early production and sales of high-tech enterprises,the article of D company by means of questionnaire investigation and study,the present situation of incentive method to knowledge employee,first the related literature about motivation research at home and abroad were reviewed and the rough comb,and then to D company existing incentives of knowledge workers are analyzed,and found that although D company has more perfect organizational structure and incentives,but the implementation of the incentive effect is not good,lead to knowledge staff lack motivation.By means of questionnaire survey,the incentive status of knowledge employees in D company iscompared with their expected incentive status,so as to identify the problems existing in the current incentive policies of D company in salary and welfare,performance appraisal,career planning and working environment.Finally,based on the actual situation of D company’s incentive for knowledge-based employees,this paper aims to improve the current incentive system from salary grading system,performance appraisal system and welfare policy.Scientific planning for the staff career,improve the training system,promotion system and improve the staff working environment and other aspects of optimization and improvement,and put forward specific measures. |
