With the development of society,the living conditions of the people have been greatly improved.Especially in recent years,China has vigorously exerted its remarkable advantages in many aspects such as the national system and national governance system.China has achieved a tremendous leap in the people's material and spiritual level,and the economy has also achieved rapid development.At present,people are paying more and more attention to the issue of food,clothing and transportation.And health issues have become a new focus of the people.As far as eating is concerned,from the initial people's focus on nutrition to the more comprehensive now,more and more attention has been paid to food safety,so that whether food is safe or not has become the most important standard for people's choice.The detection of microorganisms in food sets higher requirements.Although traditional food microbial detection methods can meet people's basic requirements,problems such as low detection efficiency and low detection accuracy often occur in operation.Therefore,it is important to develop a fast and high-precision microbial detection method.This paper proposes an ATP bioluminescence detection system combining magnetic flow force separation technology and immunomagnetic ball technology,which can meet the current development needs.The ATP bioluminescence detection system designed in this paper is different from the previous detection methods in that it uses a more popular magnetic flow separation technology,combined with the application of immunomagnetic sphere technology,can quickly detect bacteria in food.First,an immunomagnetic sphere and a biotinylated antibody are prepared,and they are thoroughly mixed with the test solution to form a specific magnetic microbial complex.The magnetic flow force separation technology will be used to magnetically separate the magnetic microbial complexes to play the role of separation and enrichment.After that,ATP luminescence detection and processing will be performed.The reagents required for the reaction are automatically pumped by the peristaltic pump.The detected fluorescent signal is amplified by the photomultiplier tube and the amplification circuit.Compensation,filtering and other conditioning circuits achieve precise control of signals.The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper has good results.When the pH of the solution is between 7.5 and8 and the ambient temperature is about 25 degrees,the detection time within 20 minutes.The detection range from 10~2CFU/mL to 10~6CFU/mL range;high detection accuracy,the correlation coefficient is 0.9827.The results can meet the testing needs at this stage.
