Research On Manchu Catering Culture Based On Original Truth

With the development of history and the changes in people's diet in today's society,China's national catering culture faces great challenges and opportunities.People's demand for food is not only to solve the problem of food and taste,but also to pay more attention to diet nutrition and cultural connotations.The Manchu is a minority with a large population in China and is also an important branch of China's ethnic minorities.After the Manchu established the Qing Dynasty,the Manchu culture gradually integrated into the Han culture,which has a great impact on Chinese culture.As the main settlement of the Manchu,the Northeast is the birthplace of the Manchu and the birthplace of the Manchu culture.Therefore,Manchu culture is also of great significance to the formation of regional culture in the northeast as the birthplace,and even affects the development of other ethnic cultures in Northeast China.Manchu catering culture is an important part of Manchu culture.It not only inherits the Manchu culture,but also contributes greatly to the development of Northeastern food culture.It has formed the unique Northeastern food culture and Northeast cuisine.Originality is an indicator of the value of heritage in heritage studies.And then It is introduced into the national cultural heritage,emphasizing whether the traditional customs are true or not.The inheritance of Manchu catering culture studied in this paper focuses on the preservation and development of traditional Manchu catering culture.Therefore,in the research,the originality is introduced into the Manchu catering culture,and whether the Manchu catering culture still has the original Manchu catering culture form,and the problems of the Manchu catering culture in the inheritance are analyzed.Through the research of this article,people are called upon to pay attention to the development of Manchu catering culture,and put forward an effective strategy for the inheritance of Manchu catering culture.Research contents and conclusions of this paper mainly include:(1)Drawing on the predecessors' research on catering culture,this paper analyzes the basic theoretical concepts of Manchu catering culture and summarizes the shortcomings of the current Manchu catering culture research.According to the development status of Manchu catering culture,the research content of this paper is put forward.(2)Taking Manchu catering culture as the research content,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Manchu catering culture development,and constructs the Manchu catering culture inheritance factor model.(3)According to the Manchu catering culture inheritance factor model,the model of inheritance elements of Manchu catering culture is constructed.Use SPSS22.0 and AMOSS 17.0 software to analyze the data collected by the questionnaire,and draw conclusions on hypothesis verification,and then discuss the strategy of Manchu catering culture inheritance.In order to adapt to the development of the times,the catering industry is affected by the external environment.With the changes in people's dietary needs,new dietary changes have taken place in the catering sector.And these new changes have caused the food culture to be greatly influenced in the inheritance.The Manchu catering culture,as a branch of the catering culture,has also been greatly influenced in the inheritance.As the Manchu catering fades out in people's daily life,some traditional Manchu dining culture has gradually faded and even disappeared.Although scholars continue to pay attention to and improve the study of Manchu catering culture,the inheritance of Manchu catering culture still has some shortcomings and needs to be improved.
