| This paper relies on the major project of the Provincial Forestry Department of Zhejiang Provincial Forestry Department."Research and Application of Key Equipment for Bamboo Scrimber Automation Continuous Production Line"(Plan No.:2017SY11).In view of the problems of low automation level,low production efficiency and high labor cost in the production of cold-pressed bamboo materials,the research on the cold-pressed bamboo scrimber is carried out on the principle of economy,practicality and automation.Properly optimize the production process and equipment of the design and technical transformation of the existing cold-pressed bamboo scrimber,and propose a production line optimization design and technical solution that can realize the automated production process.The automated production line includes bamboo beam automatic weighing and feeding mechanism,mold automatic feeding and unloading mechanism,mold cover automatic transport mechanism and pin locking mechanism,which can reduce the number of labor,reduce labor intensity,improve production efficiency,and realize the automation of cold-pressed bamboo scrimber.The automated production of press-loading materials provides technical ideas and lessons.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)According to the development of domestic and foreign bamboo scrimber and research status,the existing bamboo scrimber production equipment was classified and introduced in detail,and the existing problems were analyzed and summarized,and the development trend and suggestions of bamboo scrimber were proposed.(2)The method of cold pressing followed by hot curing is generally adopted in the production of bamboo scrimber,among which the cold pressing process of bamboo square is the most critical link in the production of bamboo scrimber.Paper by cold pressing mould process as the research object,the existing process of raw material weighing,mold placed,raw material load,cover plate is placed,compression mold,pin installation,die out,a total of seven units of production in a detailed analysis,aiming at the problems between production technology and production equipment,from the point of view of technology to build the cold press mold overall design ideas of automatic production lines.(3)Through the software of Solidworks,optimization,improvement and design of the existing cold-pressing mold production process and devices were carried out.Six automation devices were designed,including bamboo beam transport mechanism,weighing feeding mechanism,mold cover placement mechanism,mold transportation mechanism,mold inlet and outlet conveyor,and pin locking mechanism.Choose PLC controller design control system,design PLC hardware wiring mode,control sequence and control program,bamboo square cold pressing mold automation level and production efficiency are greatly improved,can install more than 20 molds per hour,can reduce labor more than 50%.(4)A control system of automatic cold pressing and charging production line is designed.Siemens s7-200 PLC controller was selected,the overall I/O of the PLC controller was allocated,the hardware connection circuit was designed,and according to the system control sequence diagram,the overall code of the control system was written by using step 7-micro win software to complete the design of the entire control system.(5)Optimized and trial-produced prototype of three automatic devices:bamboo weighing feeding mechanism,mold inlet and outlet conveyor and pin locking mechanism,and conducted application tests,data statistics and test analysis.The results showed that the bamboo bundle feeding device increased the production efficiency by 64%.1 worker is saved and the production efficiency is increased by 2 times;Pin locking device saves 2 workers.The overall production efficiency of cold-pressing charging is increased by 30%,saving 6 workers and 75%labor force. |
