With the lack of information management and intelligent remote monitoring for macadamia nut opening processing,this paper introduces a set of loT-based intelligent remote control system.The informatized management system is structured upon a four-layer system framework for sensing and recognition,network construction,management service and integrated application.The system architecture scheme combining C/S and B/S architecture is proposed,which enables the system to work independently in data transmission,data display and remote control,thereby improving the stability of the system.In the sensing and recognition layer,the PLC and the 4G communication module constitute a data acquisition module,thereby sensing device operation data.In the network construction layer,the wireless network is used to monitor the running status and fault condition of the nut processing equipment in real time,and the remote control mechanism is established by TCP/IP protocol and socket communication mode.At the management service layer,the background management program that integrates storage and parse of data is developed based on Qt design.In the integrated application layer,the intelligent monitoring platform for nut processing equipment was developed based on PHP design and realized the functions of information query,data analysis,long-distance manipulation,and real-time alarm.And find the best parameters by an algorithm based on F-test.Finally,the system was verified and analyzed for its functions and performance.The functional tests show that the system can achieve the main functions of information query,data analysis,remote control and real-time alarm.The best parameters obtained by data analysis can improve the qualified rate of nut openings in the processing of nuts,thereby improving work efficiency and economic benefits.The performance tests show that during the data transmission process,the packet loss rate of all data is 0%,and the difference between the upload time of all data and the time stored in the database is basically less than 15 milliseconds,which confirms the accuracy and real-time performance of the system.
