Coalbed gas is a kind of clean energy, it is concerned by many countries because of its high calorific value and no pollution. The process of exploiting coalbed gas needs to measure and record quite a lot kinds of data. Therefore, design a coalbed gas exploiting data acquisition system reasonably, can improve the efficiency and security of coalbed gas exploiting and reduce the cost of labor. This article designs a coalbed gas exploiting remote monitoring system. It realizes data field acqusition, wireless transmission, remote controling, storage and query and other functions. In addition, in order to control the manpower and material resources which are put into the exploiting, and choose the way of automatic exploiting properly, this article also studies the algorithm of coalbed gas flow forecast, and the algorithm is integrated into the control of exploiting rate. The significance of this article is to improve the automation level, security and controllability of the coalbed gas exploiting, and reduce the related cost of labor, increase the yields of the coalbed gas.This article reviews the developmental and technological survey of embedded system, computational intelligence and other related field firstly. After that, this article analyses the functional demand of data acquisiting and data monitoring in the process of coalbed gas exploitating, proposes several schemes which based on embedded system and remote server, then determines the optimal one after comprehensive analysing and comparing the merits and drawbacks of these schemes, that is, remote monitoring scheme based on data acquisition node, field man-machine terminal, GPRS module, remote server and Web client. This article describes the design process of the hardware and software of the system in detail.In this article, the combination of PID control and flow forecast is used as a method of intelligent exploitating scheme. Flow forecast is the assistant and guide of PID control. In order to control the input of each coalbed gas well, and choose the way of automatic exploitating, this article does much work on the forecast of coalbed gas exploiting flow. To attain a good forecast effect, this article uses BP Nerve Network Algorithm, Radial Basis Function Nerve Network Algorithm and Adaptive Neural Network Algorithm to do experiments on a large amount of data. After the experiments, the proper nerve network training parameters and types is determined according to the calculating time and the data acqusiting time. Multiple Regression is used as a comparison. The present forecast mean square error can be controlled in a small range, however, the general trend does not coincide with the real one very well. The algorithm and the result is to be optimized.In the process of actual using, the coalbed gas exploiting remote monitoring system was proved satisfying the data monitoring demand well. It reduced the workload of the data analysing and recording staff and the field inspection staff, provided convenience to them. The PID control combined with the flow forecast of intelligent exploiting scheme also played the desired effect on the exploiting process.
